What do you like best about Boei?

I'm giving 10 points. Why? This app is super easy. You can configure your chat widget in 5 minutes, add a JS script to your "header" in your theme and wooollaaa done. Nothing hard. If you still prefer to customize it you have CSS mode in Boei. Then helpers (aka. widgets). Oh well over 20+ of them? Just pick as many as you wish customize it in a minute and move on. No need another Intercome or Zendesk for small websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boei?

I'm missing native integrations, API and webhook. It would be great to have those as we can send data over to other apps. Or at least they could use services from Zappier, Pabbly Connect or Make. This would save us a lot of time. I'm also missing notification when we could send out an email or SMS letting customers know we have been working on their questions, tickets etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boei?

An easy way to add a communication widget to the website. I like best that it supports Messenger and Whatsaap, phone, email and live chat and it is easy to translate for multilingual pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boei?

I can't think about real drowbacks. The owner Ruben reply all the support questions quickly and effectively, they are open to feedback. I had no issues at all with this software. Maybe if they could add some protection against spammers if you use the contact form and in some future add a chatbot, that would be fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Boei is pretty straight-forward to setup. It is lightweight and converts website visitors into leads without over-effort. It simply works on autopilot, while you receive weekly reports on its performance with suggestions for improvement! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boei?

I was looking for a chat app to easily communicate with my customers. I didn't want to install anything overly complex and I just wanted something that worked within minutes. After briefly using Boei, I knew it was right for me. It's super lightweight and easy to use, plus it has all the chat bots that you might need!
