  ### 1. Effortless Setup, Exceptional Lead Generation

**What do you like best about Boei?**

I like that Boei is an AI that learns and continues improving by using our website's information to best answer user questions and guide them on our site. The ease of use is fantastic, requiring no coding or extensive setup work. I was able to have it running on our website in less than 30 minutes even with full customization. This experience is way better than other WordPress plugins I've tried. If I were to grade the setup ease on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it an 11.

**What do you dislike about Boei?**

Their analytics of the ai chat bot can be more extensive and useful, but this is just me having to pick something i dislike.

**What problems is Boei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Boei to bring more leads and improve user experience by helping users navigate the website. It allows for live interaction that we couldn't do with a live agent, solving user navigation issues and answering questions.

**What do you like best about Boei?**

I'm giving 10 points. Why? This app is super easy. You can configure your chat widget in 5 minutes, add a JS script to your "header" in your theme and wooollaaa done. Nothing hard. If you still prefer to customize it you have CSS mode in Boei. Then helpers (aka. widgets). Oh well over 20+ of them? Just pick as many as you wish customize it in a minute and move on. No need another Intercome or Zendesk for small websites.

**What do you dislike about Boei?**

I'm missing native integrations, API and webhook. It would be great to have those as we can send data over to other apps. Or at least they could use services from Zappier, Pabbly Connect or Make. This would save us a lot of time. I'm also missing notification when we could send out an email or SMS letting customers know we have been working on their questions, tickets etc.

**What problems is Boei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Boei mainly for small corporate websites. It really solves our need to have a small chat widget which does not add up 150Kb and XXXXX JS scripts. It's really lightweight and it does not affect your website speed.

**What do you like best about Boei?**

An easy way to add a communication widget to the website. I like best that it supports Messenger and Whatsaap, phone, email and live chat and it is easy to translate for multilingual pages.

**What do you dislike about Boei?**

I can't think about real drowbacks. The owner Ruben reply all the support questions quickly and effectively, they are open to feedback. I had no issues at all with this software. Maybe if they could add some protection against spammers if you use the contact form and in some future add a chatbot, that would be fantastic.

**What problems is Boei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a quick chat on each page, so it simplifies the way my clients can get in touch with me. It was very easy to implement and they continue to improve this software

**What do you like best about Boei?**

Boei is pretty straight-forward to setup. It is lightweight and converts website visitors into leads without over-effort. It simply works on autopilot, while you receive weekly reports on its performance with suggestions for improvement!

**What do you dislike about Boei?**

I honestly don't find any downside for the usage I do. The support is direct and to the point, while its features are improving on a stable basis.

**What problems is Boei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps immensely to keep a relationship with ordinary visitors to your website that, without a tool like Boei you probably wouldn't be able to.

It attracts the users' attention without spoiling the navigation experience, allowing them to communicate directly in any way that serves them.

I haven't found anything to dislike. It does what it claim to do. A lighweight widget to show your messaging platforms on your website and easy to manage and embed.

It cover the need to get in touch with my visitors and group several messaging platforms in my website saving space and making it easier to find. This mean a better experience for my users and better communication channels with them

It's extremely easy to gather different communication channels under one UI, simplifying the contact process for users, which is essential because it allows us to meet our clients via their preferred method (and not the one we impose on them)

**What do you dislike about Boei?**

I wish they had more design options to make it less standard amongst different websites. Another thing that could be better is the speed at which new integrations are added; it could be faster.

**What problems is Boei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some users prefer contact forms, other live chats, other Instagram/facebook DmS, ETC. Boei allows us to display all these channels in a simplified and unified manner.

**What do you like best about Boei?**

I was looking for a chat app to easily communicate with my customers. I didn't want to install anything overly complex and I just wanted something that worked within minutes. After briefly using  Boei, I knew it was right for me. It's super lightweight and easy to use, plus it has all the chat bots that you might need! Highly recommend to anyone looking for something simple.

I wish there was a better UI or more design options.

**What do you like best about Boei?**

Ease of deployment, speed and performance, and overall flexibility and functionality. It's hard to find a full-featured contact button without compromising on page speed.

**What do you dislike about Boei?**

The native form component is quite limited in terms of input fields, so we end up having to use another form solution. It would be good if Boei could add more customisability to the form solution.

**What problems is Boei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing a floating contact button quickly without adding much to the page load time, making the team more productive. Because of that, Boei has helped our clients get more warm leads.
