"Simple, Secure All-in-One Board Management with Powerful Document Handling"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I love this platform for its all in one board management and tools. The platform is simple with a good user friendly interface. The platform simplicity enables users to use it comfortably with less hurdles. Its capability to capture minutes of meeting is one key features which is much needed and is present in this platform. Its feature to handle large documents is really commendable. The communication is reliable in this platform. I love the overall performance of this platform and its reliable security. The onboarding process was also very easy while using this platform. The moderate pricing also makes this platform more attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that more features are added. I also wish that there was a desktop app for this platform. Having a video conferencing in build within the app would be a great improvement. Allowing this platform to integrate more with other platform would make this platform more powerful. "Effortless Meeting Management, Needs Messaging Improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I really like the template features for recurring meetings in Boardable, which our board chair uses every single month. Instead of rebuilding an agenda from scratch each time, she duplicates the previous meeting structure and just updates what's changed. This significantly cuts down the time spent on meeting prep. I also appreciate the Document Center, as it provides a single place where all members can always access the latest version of files, eliminating confusion from outdated email information. What do you dislike about Boardable?

I really need them to improve the template features for recurring meeting. The messaging features inside the platform is fairly basic. Most of our boards still defect to email for everything that needs a real conversation rather than using it. The video conferencing can also be heavier on bandwidth than expected, and a couple of our older board members with slower home connections have choppy video during meetings, which is frustrating. "Engagement Insights and Google Workspace Integration Make Meetings Run Smoothly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

Things that I like about Boardable is with the engagement insights that is useful for me as administrator, I can see every board members activity like if they have opened the meeting packet or opening password protected document before the meeting start. It is good because we can notify them to do it and reduce the time wasting during the session. Integration with Google Workspace is a huge plus, making it easy to connect with the sync calendar and to access files directly form the shared drives. The implementation is much easy than I expected, I am able to setup our first virtual meeting and inviting every board's members just in couple days, all is thanks to simple interface and assistant from customer support that responding to every question about the features thru the call support. We are not using it too heavily right now, 2-3 times a month for regular monthly meeting and some emergency session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customization for branding is quite limited for now, only some font changing and logo display is supported, need more option to change color to match-up with our company color theme. It wasn't a pressing matters, but would be nice if it is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boardable Is The Best To Streamlined Board's Virtual Meetings, Empowered Accountability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

Various things is valuable about Boardable especially their features that saved my time in managing virtual meeting session. The digital signage tools keep our governance moving and getting board members to physically sign off on approvals, budgets, or meeting minutes used to take weeks. Now, they can legally send documents with two clicks from their dashboard which is very important because, to approve anything on the board, it needs a signature. These tools help me to get those signatures in not more than one day. I also find that the invitation process was surprisingly painless for less tech-savvy board members, as it uses simple, direct messages sent to their email, bypassing the usual password reset confusion. What do you dislike about Boardable?

There are some annoying limitations with Boardable, especially the internal text editor, it feels very basic and not many options for customization. Trying to format a text, or copy-pasting text from Google Docs into the agenda builder often breaks the formatting. This forces me to fix pressing issues manually, which takes up my time. "Boardable Is A Great Software To Effortlessly Manages Meetings, Needs Governance Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

There is several things I like about Boardable tools and features, especially the utility that drives direct engagement, like the native in-app document annotation layers. It really makes everything easy for both me and the committee. Board members can open the meeting packet on their tablets and draw notes, highlight text, or drop a sticky comment directly onto the financial report ahead of a meeting session, all without needing external PDF editors. Since everything is in one place, they don't need to switch between software, which makes their work much easier and more effective. Additionally, our committee workspace provision was incredibly easy and smooth to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

I think they have a governance workflow limitation, especially for the resolution and remote voting loads. It can feel quite if a multipart measure requires a complex conditional amend during live vote. The system doesn't allow for fluid, real-time alteration to the motion text without scrapping the polls and initiating a brand new voting ballot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boardable Is A Perfect Platform To Streamlined Board Meetings with Powerful Document Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

What I like best about Boardable is the minutes maker. It is a standard feature because it makes my work easy and I can build the official record directly from the preset agenda. During the last meeting, I could instantly convert verbal agreements into check tasks and assign them to specific directors before the meeting ended. It really automated most of the tasks, and I can finish all the tasks for the previous meeting in less than an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

The video conferencing feature can be a bit resource-heavy and eats up resources heavily. While it's convenient to have a video and document on one screen, we occasionally experience issues on all hardware. I'd like to see a lighter version of the video interface for members with limited bandwidth or older devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boardable supports more organized board administration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I appreciate it added greater predictability to governance activities that were previously too much about manual coordination. It alleviated confusion and improved board preparation. There's enough functionality to support what we need without being overwhelming, and we get good support. My favourite aspect is that it reduces administrative complexity that allowed our organisation to focus more on decision making than on addressing gaps in processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Some administrative processes are repetitive, particularly when dealing with multiple meetings. It offers a lot of features, but some tasks may require more clicks. This has sometimes led to additional work for our staff. This has had an impact on efficiency at times when workloads are high. The customer service has been good, but there are still some constraints which add to the governance workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

THe use got more complicated. The previous version was better. Took away some of the features of the less expensive model. We switched to Google Drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Digital support for committee collaboration and planning"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

To me, the greatest benefits of Boardable are in improving accountability. The many features help keep ownership of tasks and materials clear, which has improved clarity in decision making. I appreciate how we can quickly go back to discussions to ensure team alignment. There has been reliable customer service. The most important thing is that there is more structure to collaboration, which has increased confidence in board activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

A downside of Boardable is that it can be less adaptable to workflows for different board configurations. There is a lot of functionality, but some processes can be tedious when fitting certain processes. This has slowed my work with additional steps in planning scenarios. "We improved visibility on our meeting responsibilities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Boardable?

I appreciate Boardable since it brings transparency in the activities of the board. I will be able to handle tasks, deadline and documents under a single environment. Its reminders and document sharing features are in place to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks. This has made my work easier and I do not have to check in all the time. It also assists the board to remain focused and on priorities without additional effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

The main issue for me is that tracking multiple tasks can be less intuitive at times. Even with many features, reviewing all updates takes extra effort. This impacts my work since I lose time checking progress across items. It interrupts focus and can make busy periods feel more stressful than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
