bluePulse is an AI agent for home service contractors that works inside Apple Messages for Business, answering your customers by text the same way a person would. No app to download, no portal to log into, and no new software for your crew to learn. Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and garage door companies lose work in the gap between a customer reaching out and someone getting back to them. The owner is on a roof or under a sink. The phone rings out. The lead calls the next contractor on the list. Nights and weekends are a dead zone, and the back office piles up on top of it: invoices that don't go out same-day, payments nobody chases, job notes written from memory at 9 PM. bluePulse closes that gap. Lead response and scheduling. Every inbound text and every missed call gets a real answer within seconds, 24/7/365. bluePulse asks the qualifying questions, checks your live calendar, offers real availability, and books the appointment straight onto your schedule. Invoicing and payment collection. Invoices go out in the same thread the job was booked in, and customers pay straight from the message. Automated reminders chase past-due balances on a schedule you set, with a payment link attached every time, and stop the moment payment clears. Job notes from the field. Technicians send a text or a voice memo from the truck. bluePulse structures the notes, logs them to the job record, flags recommended follow-up work, and can quote it before the crew leaves the driveway. Works with the stack you already run. bluePulse logs activity to Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, and your calendar, and runs alongside field service management tools including Contractor Foreman, Jobber, and Housecall Pro. Contractors without a CRM get one built for them at no additional cost. Speaks your customers' language. bluePulse handles conversations in 40 languages and detects the customer's language automatically, so a Spanish-speaking homeowner gets a native reply while your team reads the thread in English. bluePulse is built for owner-operators and small crews without a full-time office manager, and for growing contractors who need after-hours coverage without paying for an answering service. It does not replace your team. It handles the part of the job nobody has time for. Every contractor starts with a 30-day Founding Crew pilot on a live number with real customers. We agree on the success metric together before we start, so you see booked jobs before you pay anything. Your hands are full. Ours aren't.
