Bluekaktus Manufacturing Platform Reviews & Product Details

About BlueKaktus Mozart BlueKaktus Mozart is an AI-native ERP built for apparel manufacturers and exporters who run their own factories. One system carries a style from development and costing through sales order entry, vendor purchase orders, production tracking, inventory and commercial documentation, into financial accounting — so merchandising, production and finance work from the same record instead of reconciling spreadsheets against each other. Who is BlueKaktus Mozart best for? Mozart fits apparel manufacturers and export houses that operate their own or contracted factories, across menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, knitted T-shirts, sweaters and knitwear, athleisure and home textiles. What are the most important features Mozart provides for apparel manufacturers? Mozart is built around the way a factory actually runs an order. Style, costing and BOM connect product development to margin before the order is confirmed. Vendor and job-work purchase orders, production tracking and inventory sit on one connected order-to-delivery record. A Time & Action Calendar tracks every milestone against the ship date and flags an order as at risk while there is still time to recover it. Sampling runs from proto through to top-of-production on the same style record, with cost-to-revenue tracked throughout. Commercial teams generate GST-compliant domestic and export invoices, packing lists and buyer-specific formats directly from live order data. How does Mozart use AI to reduce data entry? Mozart's AI reads the documents a factory already receives. Tech packs, buyer purchase orders, PDFs and photos become structured records, which removes most of the re-entry that slows order entry and sampling. AI alerts surface at-risk orders, delays and quality issues rather than waiting for someone to run a report. What add-on modules extend Mozart? Mozart is modular by design, with ten add-on modules extending the core across the operation: MES shopfloor execution with a planning board, ZedQ quality inspection, production and line planning, tech pack, advanced catalogue, vendor portal, warehouse and POS, omni-channel, SupplyKonnect vendor sourcing and a capacity marketplace. Every module runs on the same underlying data, so manufacturers switch on what they need as they grow rather than integrating a second system. Does Mozart include quality inspection on the shopfloor? Yes. ZedQ covers fabric, inline and final inspection with live defect heatmaps, so defects are caught at the line rather than at final inspection. Quality data sits on the same record as production, which means a defect trend is visible against the order, the line and the vendor that produced it. What production tools does Mozart provide? Mozart supports in-house manufacturing and job-work vendors on the same order book. Raw material and trims procurement is driven from an approved BOM, with stores, allocation and leftover reuse tracked through to finished goods. MES tracks line-level output and idle time in real time, while production and line planning load capacity against the confirmed order book across in-house and outsourced units. What integrations does Mozart provide? Tally for financial accounting, CLO 3D and Adobe Illustrator for design, WebTel for compliance, and Unicommerce and Shopify for brands selling online. [Open API access: to be confirmed with engineering before publishing.] What reporting does Mozart provide? Live WIP and production dashboards, order and delivery status tracking, costing and margin analysis, raw material utilisation, and quality and defect reporting by line, order and vendor. Alerts are proactive rather than pull-based, so at-risk orders reach the merchandiser without a report being run. How long has BlueKaktus been in the apparel software business? BlueKaktus has built software for the apparel industry since 2000. The platform is used by 150+ apparel manufacturers across 300+ factories in 16 countries, with 50,000+ users, and powers $4Bn+ of GMV and 200 million garments annually. How is Mozart priced? Pricing follows production volume rather than user seats, and every plan includes unlimited users — merchandising, production, stores, quality and finance all work in the same system at no additional cost. Premium is ₹70,000 per month billed annually, or ₹0.90 per piece produced, whichever is higher. Enterprise is ₹1,50,000 per month or ₹1.00 per piece.
