What do you like best about Blu Banyan?

The team is what I like best about Blu Banyan. Everyone I’ve worked with has been knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Melissa and Joshua are easy to work with, take the time to understand what we are trying to accomplish, and are always willing to work through complex issues with us. What do you dislike about Blu Banyan?

Previously, I wasn’t a huge fan of the support billing structure, as it could make it difficult to predict costs for ongoing support. However, Blu Banyan has since moved us to a service package that addressed those concerns and has been a much better fit for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
