Additionaly the extra widgets provided in the Blend Platform have enabled us to utitilse the Group functionality for our virtual classroom session, not sure where we would be with out Blend today. ### 5. The ability to integrate content from the LMS, internal and external sources - all in one place. Building on existing functionality in SAP Jam to provide the access to development resources and the social learning collaboration that Jam brings. **What do you dislike about BLEND - Learning Experience Platform (LxP)?** As the development was all about including business requirements of the first key customers, the platform is evolving as we would like to see it. Quarterly releases ensure that the platform can develop and change according to requirements. **Recommendations to others considering BLEND - Learning Experience Platform (LxP):** Ensure you have a clear targeted business case on what business problem you wish the product to help solve - get user input to the user experience as the product allows you to design the pages and groups to fit your specific requirements, using widgets and functionality where you see benefit. The platforms flexibility in this way is a bonus, but you therefore need to understand what it is you want. Key to everything is user experience - ensure you implement and get feedback to improve as you move forward. **What problems is BLEND - Learning Experience Platform (LxP) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business case was to provide a platform that enabled us to streamline our development resources through our key partners and to improve the user experience and efficiency for users to be able to find resources that were useful and relevant to them, both in their personal development areas and also their technical business skills.
