Tricky question as trying to think of something I dislike, we were early adopters of Blend so have had an opportunity to develop the platform and currently nothing I dislike about the platform as it has been evolving to meet the demands of businesses not just our business. What problems is BLEND - Learning Experience Platform (LxP) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have certainly solved the problem of one go to place for learning, be it Percipio, Get Abstract, internal content, it doesn't matter to the user everything is integrated into the blend platform making the user experience seamless. Additionally, the extra widgets provided in the Blend Platform have enabled us to utilize the Group functionality for our virtual classroom session, not sure where we would be without Blend today. We co-developed the platform and this has continued through the release strategy - really like the focus on the user experience, the flexibility to provide functionality through widgets that we have total control over where and how they are presented. The ability to integrate content from the LMS, internal and external sources - all in one place. Ensure you have a clear targeted business case on what business problem you wish the product to help solve - get user input to the user experience as the product allows you to design the pages and groups to fit your specific requirements, using widgets and functionality where you see benefit. The platforms flexibility in this way is a bonus, but you therefore need to understand what it is you want. Our business case was to provide a platform that enabled us to streamline our development resources through our key partners and to improve the user experience and efficiency for users to be able to find resources that were useful and relevant to them, both in their personal development areas and also their technical business skills.
