Unlike other tools that feel either too limited or overly complex, Blaze strikes a great balance. Solid enterprise grade features while remaining incredibly user friendly. I really like the multi-environment deployment, something I didn't see other platforms offer. We use the advanced workflow builder a lot as well as the user permissioning system. We also have AI used in various projects. Lots of existing integrations so made it easy for us to connect into our third party systems like SalesForce, SendGrid, Stripe, and MongoDB. Overall, I’ve found Blaze to be one of the most powerful and adaptable solutions available. Our team is very happy. **What do you dislike about Blaze.tech?** It's a premium product so they charge a premium price. **What problems is Blaze.tech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blaze is solving the complexity of building and managing internal tools and customer-facing applications without needing a dedicated engineering team. Impressive technology. We used Blaze to build out a series of complex internal tools for revenue tracking, invoicing, and vendor management. I was pleasantly surprised at how sophisticated their no-code platform is - way more powerful than the other no-code apps. 2. Amazing customer support. We used Blaze's team to fully build out all of our tools and it was a truly turnkey experience. They were very responsive and got us the apps done fast. 3. Enterprise-grade security. We're a publicly traded company so security is an absolute priority of us. They were one of the few that had all the security and user permission requirements we needed. 4. Custom integrations. Blaze allowed us to connect seamlessly with our custom databases, APIs, CRMs, and third-party apps. They were able to help us set everything up correctly. 5. Reliability. We've tried other no-code and low-code platforms. We've found Blaze to have the best uptime and data processing speeds. **What do you dislike about Blaze.tech?** I wish we learned about Blaze sooner! It would have saved us a lot of money from when we tried another platform/company! **What problems is Blaze.tech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blaze helped solve lots of problems for our team like the complexity of building and managing revenue operations, invoicing, and vendor management without using lots of engineering resources. Before using Blaze, setting up these tools required significant number of developers on our team and expensive software solutions. The process was also in disconnected systems. Building our apps and tools in Blaze allowed our team to quickly build and customize vendor tracking and finance processes to our needs. The overall biggest benefit is efficiency and flexibility. We have been able to automate workflows and integrate with existing financial systems. Instead of relying on our previously rigid off-the-shelf software and dev team, we now can move a lot quicker in improving internal systems. Blaze has saved our team time, reduced errors, and streamlined financial management. ### 3. The other no-code platforms we tried could not have the specific user permissioning we needed, but Blaze was able to be incredibly specific. We could change which pages and which dashboard metrics each user could see. We could also specific which users could edit which data fields. Easy to use: Very intuitive and easy to use. Did not need to use tutorial videos. Great customer support: Our onboarding person was amazing and helped us get our app up and going in about a week. **What do you dislike about Blaze.tech?** Very satisfied with the Blaze platform and team! Would like to see the Blaze AI tool be able to configure more complex workflows in the future. **What problems is Blaze.tech solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have a lot of engineers in our company. We either needed to use a dev shop or a no-code platform. We wanted to have a more long-term solution where our team could also configure and make changes to our customer portal so we decided to use no-code. Their support and implementation has been absolutely top notch. Blanka from their implementation team was thoughtful, incredibly responsive, and was inasnely proactive. She took some rough sketches and ideas and turned it into a full no-code application for us in a matter of days. She cared about our actual needs, got deep into understanding what our problem was, and was quick to build for us. The Blaze product takes some time getting used to, but once you get the hang of it it's "blazingly fast"! **What do you dislike about Blaze.tech?** The initial engagement with Blaze had a learning curve. The platform is robust and was transformative for our operations, but it did also require a dedicated period to learn.
