BlackFog has been great at stopping/Identifying digital threats on our systems. It was very quick and easy to deploy and it provides many customizable options for various browsers and operating systems like Windows or Mac with global options as well as per device on a friendly UI. I love that the solution will cut network access on the device if it detects any program or applet running out of the norm and stopping it before it can send the info out or spread on the network. I find BlackFog incredibly beneficial in ensuring the security of our files by preventing exfiltration. The ease of setup is particularly impressive—it was straightforward and involved simply deploying a client to each device. There’s very little to dislike. As with any software, there is a brief learning curve to understand its features and recognize certain security triggers. Occasionally, it may block the installation of legitimate programs; however, this is easily resolved by selecting the "Pause for Install" option, which allows the installation to proceed smoothly. We all work hard to do the right thing in business and that there are those out there with ill intent is unthinkable, yet it happens every day. We have BlackFog deployed on all our workstations and server and also those of our valued Clients. BlackFog has an easily-justifiable price and it truly is a safety net when you consider that ill-doers can work their way through antivirus and sometimes wiggle their way around firewalls. BlackFog is able to detect things that other platforms cannot detect. They service cross platforms. The dashboard is easy to follow and very intuitive. There is very little maintenance and configuration. The biggest thing is it protects you from ransomeware. Support is very responsive and customer service focused.
