What do you like best about BlackFog?

I think the Pricing and keeping up with the latest release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlackFog?

From talking to the front folks, our helpdesk. They are not big fans of the false positives. They have a ton of alerts that need to be cleared which takes up time $$$$. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your feedback. BlackFog is always striving to have zero false positives and is constantly improving the technology. We often recommend running the system in training mode for the first 30 days to allow the system to calibrate and remove the false positive rate. You can also add your own allowlist items to ensure a solid baseline. This will ensure that you will have few surprises going forward.
