## About Blackcar os
Blackcar OS is fleet management software for chauffeur and limousine operators, offering dispatch coordination, GPS tracking, flight monitoring, client communication, and driver payment processing. Row-level security ensures data isolation between companies. The dispatch module manages trips with passenger details, luggage counts, pickup times, and terminal info, while chauffeurs are assigned via a searchable interface. Real-time tracking follows trips from pending to completion, with automatic overtime and wait time calculations for hourly trips. Flight tracking adjusts pickup times for delays or cancellations, and GPS updates every few seconds, even when minimized. Integration with Square lets operators retain revenue. A white-label booking widget embeds into websites, showing price estimates before payment. The passenger app provides trip history, live chauffeur location, and invoices. Features include automated messaging, fraud protection, tax reporting, and an affiliate portal.
