BizzyBot Reviews & Product Details

BizzyBot is the AI receptionist with a built-in lead CRM. It answers your calls, texts, emails, and website chat 24/7 - quoting your real prices, capturing and scoring every lead, and booking appointments directly on your calendar. Built for solo operators and small teams who can't answer the phone while doing the work. ONE AI BRAIN, EVERY CHANNEL Most "AI receptionists" answer one thing: the phone. BizzyBot runs your entire front office from a single AI brain. Phone calls, text messages, email (Gmail and Outlook), and your website chat widget all share the same knowledge - your services, your prices, your policies, your FAQs - so a customer gets the same correct answer whether they call at 2 PM or text at 11 PM. Facebook and Instagram DMs are on the way. That matters because your leads don't pick one channel. The same customer who calls from a job site texts you that evening and emails the next morning. BizzyBot remembers the whole thread: the AI that answers the text knows what was said on the call. AN AI YOU ACTUALLY CONTROL - AND THAT VISIBLY LEARNS You decide exactly what your AI knows and how it behaves: - Knowledge Base: your pricing, services, service area, hours, policies, and FAQs. Pick your industry at setup and BizzyBot pre-loads a template written for your type of business - fill in the blanks and you're live. - Game plan: per-channel instructions for what the AI should push for - book the estimate, qualify the caller, never quote a job sight-unseen - plus tone (professional, friendly, casual, formal) and response length. - Escalation rules: define when the AI steps aside for a human. - Documents and intake forms: attach waivers, price guides, or intake forms and the AI sends them at the right moment - including automatically before booked appointments. And here's the part competitors only claim: when BizzyBot can't answer a question, it doesn't guess. The question lands in a queue on your dashboard - "Does BizzyBot integrate with X?", "Is there a weekend rate?" - and you answer it once. That answer is instantly written into every channel's knowledge. If the lead who asked is still waiting, one click texts or emails them your answer. Your AI gets measurably smarter every week, and you can watch it happen. VOICE AI THAT DOES THE WHOLE JOB Your AI answers with a natural voice, has real conversations, and books real appointments during the call - it checks your live calendar, offers open times, negotiates ("how about Friday morning?"), and confirms. Every call is recorded and transcribed with an AI summary, so you can skim your morning calls in two minutes. Choose how calls route: AI answers first, or your phone rings first and the AI catches what you miss. Missed calls trigger an instant text-back to the caller so the lead never goes cold - and you get a summary text after every AI-handled call. Keep your existing number. The number painted on your truck and printed on ten years of invoices still works: forward it to BizzyBot and callers never know the difference. Caller ID passes through, so every lead is captured with their real number. A CRM THAT FILLS ITSELF No data entry. Every conversation automatically becomes a contact with a lead score (hot / warm / cold) based on real buying signals - pricing questions, booking requests, urgency. Each lead page shows an AI-written brief of who they are and what they want, a recommended next step, and the complete relationship in one timeline: call summaries with transcripts, text threads, emails, booked appointments, your own dated notes, and every follow-up the AI sent. Hot leads surface on your dashboard the moment they turn hot, with text and email alerts to your phone. You can act right from the lead page: text a lead from your business number, update their stage, or add notes the AI's activity story preserves alongside its own. SCHEDULING THAT RESPECTS YOUR RULES Connect your calendar and set your availability: working days and hours, minimum notice, how far out to book, buffers between appointments. The AI books within those rules - by phone, text, or chat - and the customer gets a confirmation text with an add-to-calendar link, then automatic reminder texts the day before and an hour before. Every AI-booked appointment appears in one list. Already using Calendly, Acuity, or Square? Tell BizzyBot to send your booking link instead. FOLLOW-UPS THAT RUN THEMSELVES The fortune is in the follow-up, so BizzyBot does it: a hot lead that goes quiet gets one well-timed nudge; a no-show gets a rescheduling text with fresh times; a completed appointment triggers a review request with your Google link; a lead that went cold gets a 30-day win-back. Each play is a single toggle with sensible guardrails (business hours only, capped per lead, stops the moment they reply), and every send is logged on the lead's timeline. BUILT-IN PROTECTION FOR YOUR TIME Mark family and friends as personal contacts - they skip the AI and never become leads. Block repeat spam callers with one tap and their calls simply stop connecting. Vendor and billing emails are triaged away from the AI so it never pitches your suppliers - they're flagged for you instead. HONEST PRICING, NO FEATURE GATES Every plan includes the entire platform - every channel, the CRM, booking, follow-ups, the learning queue. Plans differ only by volume: Starter $29/mo (300 AI responses, 100 voice minutes), Professional $79/mo (1,000 responses, 300 minutes), Business $199/mo (2,500 responses, 750 minutes, priority support). 14-day free trial - your card is saved but nothing is charged until the trial ends. No contract; cancel anytime. Comparable voice-only AI receptionists run $49-$500/month and answer only the phone; full front-office platforms start around $400/month. BizzyBot does the whole job at solo-operator prices.
