There is nothing to like about Bittrex - it's a custodial, centralized exchange meaning that you don't actually own any funds you load into your account. Their security is questionnable and the trading conditions are nothing special. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This centralized exchange is mediocre at best. Their fees are a bit on the high side, and they regularly freeze customer accounts requesting paperwork that has already been provided to them on multiple occasions (speaking from experience here). What I like the least is that it is not very regular, including the new currencies and the cost to enter them is very high, the minimum trade commissions seem a little high, another thing is that they have fallen in the ranking of coimarketcap were better located before and they are already only among the best 50 exchange in the market, this is not a good sign and therefore the volume of handling in the exchange decreases. What I like most about Bittrex is that it is an exchange with very serious people in charge, they add many coins but after an exhaustive control they avoid adding coins without community support or without active developers.

What stands out most of Bittrex is the large number of listed currencies that have in its platform (more than 100) also counting with a large volume of purchase and sale for each currency. It also provides pairs for BTC, USDT, XMR and other important currencies such as USDC.

As far as security is concerned it provides 2FA verification to be able to enter the account and to make withdrawals of coins use confirmation by email together to whitelist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- One of the things that I do not like is that even with a verified account the limit to withdraw in Bitcoin is very low, only 2 BTC per day.

- As it happens in all the exchanges with a lot of volume, the support is too slow, with all the money they earn thanks to the fees they could hire people for support.

Easily the greatest thing about Bittrex that makes it stand out from the other exchanges is that is has USD markets. That is a pretty huge deal in crypto because most exchanges require that you buy crypto through some other platform and then transfer those funds to exchange on the platform, however Bittrex has everything all in one. The worst thing about Bittrex would probably have to be the trading user interface. For any person that would be new to trading, Bittrex would probably seem extremely hard to navigate and there aren't much tools around that show how to use the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
