What do you like best about Bitrix24?

The user interface is rather straightforward and standarized. Comes with all the functions I need and expect from a complete turn-key CRM solution. I started with the free version and then switched to the Basic plan. So far so good. Haven't had the time to try the Wordpress integration but will be hoping to do so in the weeks to come.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

The mobile version needs a tad bit more refinement bc it kept crashing my on phone. Don't know maybe the fault it's on my end but everything else runs perfectly on my iphone 13. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Our company was looking for a solution to automate the transfer of leads from the Indiamart marketplace to the Bitrix24 CRM in order to get rid of manual transfer of applications. As a result, viasocket turned out to be the most suitable tool for our tasks.

Separately, I would like to note the work of the support service — at the start, the application for connecting to Bitrix24 did not work correctly, but experts quickly suggested an alternative option with direct connection via client_id. In the future, any issues were resolved very quickly, usually within an hour.

I was also pleased with the interface: if you have previously worked with Zapier or Make, it will be very easy to get used to it — the logic of scripts and steps is almost identical. It took only a few minutes to set up the integration we needed.

An additional advantage is the ability to make arbitrary requests to Bitrix24 via the API. Despite the lack of the necessary ready-made node, using the Custom API Request, it was possible to fully implement the necessary logic for transferring data from Indiamart.

We can recommend viasocket as a convenient and flexible no/low-code solution for configuring integrations between business applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

I love that I can integrate Bitrix with my Google Calendar or my phone calendar, set up tasks, and access everything from anywhere. As a real estate agent, this CRM-specific use really stands out to me. Being able to load leads and create a sales path for each one is invaluable. The Bitrix team helped with the setup, and after that it was a breeze. What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Bitrix24 has tons of functionalities related to CRM, document management, communication, and also has a plethora of sales tools that facilitate the sales workflows in a big company like email marketing,sales funnels, automated workflows, etc. The user interface is straightforward, a bit outdated though. Performance is good, there is also integration with Zapier which translates into integration with almost anything. Pricing is a bit on the steep site, though if you are using all features, it is well worth it/ Support responds promptly, but not always efficient replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

That it is an all in one business platform, we are able to integrate with other platforms and update on features to specifically work best for us. The lay out is okay, it stores information well, such as files, calls, chats ect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
