**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Does not cost anything and is a great replacement for anyone using AIM. We use this to communicate with coworkers instead of having to call or walk over to their office. It is also great for offices in multiple cities. 

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

*Sometimes the notification is delayed and you do not realize you have a message. This can lead to confusion if a person asks about an urgent matter and you still are waiting for the info.
*Sometimes when you upload a file it asks you to sign in and download it from the server instead of being able to grab it instantly from the messenger window. A little tedious in my opinion of this is suppose to be a quick way to speak to others in the organization.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

If you are looking for an internal communications software without having to spend $100+ per month, consider Bitrix. There is an onboarding learning curve and someone will have to set up a company portal. But once established, you can use this as a great way to message coworkers.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal company communication. After doing a lot of research when AOL closed the AIM tool, we decided on this. Our company has to keep in mind cost so we do not have the luxury of spending $200+ just to speak to fellow employees. This accomplished that.

$200 per month for unlimited licences. Phone system is basic, but works.

It reminds me of an Windows 98 style application and it has too many features, which I dont need.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

What I like most about Bitrix24 is that it allows me to unify the multiple communication channels I use with my customers, I can connect very well the phone number, mail, social networks among others. In addition, the CRM organizes everything automatically, follows the calls, and organizes the emails of all the people with whom I write and order them in different blocks

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Where it shows the communication load and manager processes are a bit confusing to read and interpret. apart from that the platform is not very easy to use as it has too many organizational tools that do in automatic mode. and user support is a bit slow and not very concise. without taking into account the above, it is the perfect platform to start the administration and communication of a company.

If you have never used this platform to read the user guide or contact support to give instructions or see a video where you explain how to use it, or all its functionality for you to get the most out of this great platform, as it has many resources that will help you manage your business and your time will make you more productive.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It facilitates the communication with my clients, it really helps me to organize everything, since they have not made my workers, it estimates me their payment, it provides me statistical tables of their process and performance, I globalize and manage all my company from the same platform. The biggest benefit that can lend and is that it was sought from the beginning is that Bitrix24 organizes me and automatically if someone communicates with me links you with someone trained to solve your problem.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

What has caught my attention the most about this website is the ease of use it offers for all types of users. I like it because it aims to establish good communication with the company and all its employees, thus achieving very fluid communication and enabling great performance in the workplace. It also allows us to hold videoconferences and meetings through a very interactive chat where we can express ourselves perfectly with anyone we wish to connect with, at any time.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

What I don't like about this website is that its platform does not offer us the ability to manage the company exponentially, and I believe it is a tool that all Bitrix24 consumers urgently need. All this is in order to be able to use only this website when fully managing my company so that I can do it via the internet and with any device I have at my disposal. So if you add this option, I would be very happy to manage everything related to my company through this medium, which is Bitrix24.

Bitrix24 is 100% recommended thanks to its excellent quality as a website and for everything it provides us daily, and also for all those problems it helps us solve daily.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Bitrix24, allows you to locate employees and assign tasks in an orderly and efficient way. It has real-time tracking, chat, calendars, work groups and much more. In addition, Bitrix24 has a system to manage my contacts, which allows me to associate and interact with customers, suppliers, agents and other contacts.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The use of the software is a bit complex, sometimes it takes time to synchronize the information, and I don't like its mobile version much, I prefer the web version. Of rest, I think this software is excellent.

This software is recommended to work your company's tasks in an organized manner, as well as to maintain communications between customers and workers. Follow up on pending tasks. In addition the tool is very well designed with a unique interface. I RECOMMEND IT

Liked the fact of All the solutions that were offered all in one place
On the outside looking in looked like the perfect all-round software solution

I would say to definitely give it try via a trial of some sort, and if it does not feel right even though it definitely ticks so many boxes in terms of total software solutions all on offer, take a long hard look at if you and your team using this tool on a daily basis are going to find it a positive going forward or a negative.

You could solve many problems with Bitrix24, but for me, it just was not the right solution, no matter how many times I tried.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I love that Bitrix24 offers a  free, multi-tool program that you can run your entire business through.  There are so many great modules including CRM, Sales Funnels, Project Management and so much more that you can access at no charge.  I have really wanted to use this for all my businesses because everything is in one place.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Any upgrades are VERY expensive.  But that really isn't the worse thing about Bitrix24 since you get so many tools at no cost.  The biggest issue is the learning curve and it isn't a very user friendly.  There are many modules but you must go through the learning tools to really get a grasp.  It just isn't as intuitive as other programs in which I can log on and learn the systems pretty easily.  So when trying to get others to use it - it was a no go.

If you have the time to really learn all the modules this is an amazing program.  But if you are looking for simple CRM and task tracking - this isn't it.

I really liked that it was an "all-in-one" tool.  Too many times we have to keep different business pieces in so many different programs.  This really did encompass everything that we needed and without costing too much.

What I like about Bitrix24 is that it is not just a chat and communication platform, it carries out many activities so that we can communicate with colleagues in the best way, which helps to perform our work activities correctly on time and according to the schedule, The user interface is very attractive and the update has several options to upload You can upload any particular file for the selected users, The task assignment bar also has several options keeps track of your task activities and keeps updates on the The assignor can close the task by clicking on the task completion button, therefore, the task assignor will be automatically notified that the task has been completed. For all of the above and even more so, this tool is the FAVORITE in My company above any other of its kind for everyday use.

What really displeases me is not much simply that sometimes, the user interface is too complex in some parts of the system, it would be great to have the opportunity to simplify some of them (self-configuration) and finally I think that the presence of too many tools can Be overwhelming at first.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

I highly recommend it since Bitrix24 in general is very good and has several good features too but according to my experience the best scenarios in which Bitrix24 is suitable is small to medium teamwork to share communication. You can make a small group of 10-20 private employees of your project team or departmental team where you can communicate in a better way and do your job effectively, which saves time and labor cost. But if you want to use bitix24 for the entire organization with a full function, it is also feasible and totally adequate.

In our company this fantastic tool has been used for a long time for general purpose and work-related communication, all employees of the company (including me) get the login details for the same Bitrix24 helps us for communication among employees related to work consultations, business meetings, schedules, assignment of tasks, file sharing, document sharing, image sharing, among others. Connects to all company employees present in different geographical locations all On a platform, I can say that every work day starts with bitrix24 and ends with bitrix24.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Bitrix24 is one of the best collaboration platforms, it allows you to track employees and assign them appropriate tasks according to their statistics and their profession where they focus more, it has many features that are really necessary for a company, time tracking, channels of Communication, landing pages, chat, calendars, work groups and much more, CRM allows you to improve conversion rates and, therefore, increase sales quickly and efficiently, I really like this platform.

Its interface is very stable, but sometimes when I am managing some projects it is usually slow, and I have to reload to make it work again, some functions do not work for me, and they are there to decorate and do nothing else, I have spoken with support and I couldn't solve that problem.

I recommend it, for small or large companies looking for a collaborative platform, Bitrix24 is the right one, so don't think about it, try it and see.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Bitrix 24 is an application with a user-friendly interface similar to a social network but provides a secure environment that allows me to communicate with clients through social networks, integrating channels like Facebook and Twitter into the application. It also includes a contact management system, which allows me to manage and interact with potential and existing clients, suppliers, agents, and other contacts. With this wonderful application, I can create email marketing campaigns, automatically distribute leads, create custom workflows, and do much more. It is very easy to use, providing convenience when sharing a file and includes storage services to protect documents and work on the intranet.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

This application meets all my expectations, I can't complain, but the only negative detail I've noticed is that if companies need a powerful CRM, they should look for any other software.

Its a large dashboard where you can keep track of all of your employees and assign tasks, but also follow up on your CRM leads and easily make business oriented websites, I think that is one of the best features

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

in the world of Facebook, slack, Microsoft teams, it looks and feels very outdated, specially the chat interface, I think its hard for onboarding users who have never used this kind of software, and although the website builder is good, its missing a lot of features and it leave a lot to be desired from the point of view of someone who builds websites on Wordpress

if you are a large company with many employees and can have employees dedicated just to maintaining bitrix, I think it could be a good option, but if you are a small company, I recommend you guys use slack or microsoft teams and customize them to your needs

We are a marketing agency and we signed up for bitrix to keep up the work on all of our clients and properly communicate with them and with the team in a controlled environment, I think the biggest benefit is being able to see all of the conversations and assign tasks, so nothing is left unsaid

It is an excellent software for small and large companies, because it makes teamwork much easier and the tools that this program has are very good for creating several projects and tasks, everything you find in this application is very simple to use and I really love it Because you will find excellent and professional functions.

It's an "all-in-one" option for trying to accomplish a lot of CRM, data storage, and community chatter in one app.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Trying to do everything, it doesn't do many of them well. The CRM is ok, but not quick and intuitive on mobile or desktop. 

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

I've enjoyed HubSpot or Salesforce and their integrations much more than my work with Bitrix. I would suggest checking out these other options before committing to Bitrix. Often, I think, Bitrix usage comes down to price, but I think a strong competitor for price would be HubSpot with better functionality and mobile apps.

It's good for tracking team member's leads, work product, etc. But I think there are better solutions for that.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I really like Bitrix24 for its excellent and well-organized features, among which companies, contacts, a schedule for social interactions, an internal search tool, and a group structure for data segmentation stand out, among others. It is convenient for me and my team to manage our daily office tasks and projects, as well as to easily create reports on it. It helps us share important information, is easy to use, and the mobile app works well. I love its beautiful design.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

What I don't like is that errors often occur when trying to sync with an application for a mobile device, the interface for some new users is often quite confusing, so it takes a long time to learn it, it's also not very easy to set up alerts to help track deadlines during the day, and it's not easy to set up and code a project.

I RECOMMEND Bitrix 24 WITH CONFIDENCE because it is undoubtedly an excellent product that helps in almost all activities through effective online support, making communication at different levels in the company work smoothly and effectively. **What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

It is an application that provides us with a very complete set of tools, destined to the administration of the equipment as such and the interpersonal communication with our clients in order to evaluate the impact obtained instantly and evaluate in case of requiring editions or improvements in what it concerns the labor management and the fulfillment of the objectives set by means of the planning carried out, it is quite simple to configure reports and its utility is totally intuitive, its platform allows to customize based on the requirements of the company. This application is the perfect tool to manage our projects, time and work, also offers a totally free platform and its limitations are not so wide.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

My only complaint is based on how poor the technical service is, they do not offer a guarantee for the recovery of the system in case such could happen and the truth is that all the doubts that we have presented regarding the system we have had to solve intuitively Because we do not get a response from the technical service and this generates a lot of insecurity because we consider it as a company that we are not using it correctly or we are not even taking advantage of the important tool that should be used.

It is a recommended software for any company that seeks to optimize their daily activities and even strengthen interpersonal relationships, establishing and complying with regular communication channels (even with the client). Totally suitable for teamwork, it is worth the investment.

We use it mainly to organize and plan our marketing plans, it also helps us when taking these plans into action, when making calls and campaigns via email, it completely simplifies our work and makes the day much more enjoyable.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Bitrix is a full desktop experience, let you manage your work with colleague in a pretty way. All you need is there, with an easy to use side menu. Bitrix24 could be extended using third party apps that makes you connected eg. with your calendar, your contacts list or else your slack app and much else.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Bitrix is maybe much complicated for first time users, but the tutorial could help them to understand the main features

I liked the way it handles email marketing and leads, also the newer version restricted emails to paid customers, the new ecommerce stores feature is a welcome addition, although it takes too much time to implement it, and is limited to templates, no customization. The interface is clean and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The fact the free versions no longer are able to send email marketing campaigns. I was trying to upload products to the new stores, and I wasn't able to use my own html, no way to see underlying html code. If you see my screenshot you will notice, I tried to upload simple html tags and the interface just showed plain text.

It's a robust solution, with many innovations, such as the stores, although, I don't know if they will rank your you have to do some SEO. It's a welcome feature though.

I use it as an alternative CRM now, and I am also exploiting it’s new stores capabilities. It's easy to upload large contact databases, like my LinkedIn over 21,000 contacts. In the past I was using it to replace the aging SugarCRM, but now I am just testing its new features, as I am not able to send email campaigns as a free user anymore.

The best thing we can consider, in relation to bitrix is ​​that its services are totally free, and it has a high range of tools that are highly usable and necessary. Actually I have no complaints but that is a request that I think many would agree to be implemented, the contracts to send them to customers. That is a big problem for many companies, it would be more comfortable and easy to do that from the application. The other problem is that it has a long learning curve for most people, mainly due to all the functionality, the implementation although it is long, and a bit tedious, helps us improve the systems, and is not usually so expensive. but it must be reflected as a negative point because it is not as easy to learn as we would like.

In general, if you need a free program and many variable options, Bitrix24 is the way to go, we have implemented this system and we are doing great thanks to the large amount of functionality it has. One of the benefits that the program has offered me for my personal use is to make the Gantt chart of a project easily and simply locate the tasks with their dates and this tool makes it automatic, it is perfect for any company or person who wants to use it.

Bitrix24's free version provides many features for smaller team such as Project Boards and Kanban. It's a good project management software. I can create teams and assign tasks with deadline. I also get notification once the status changes. I can manage my entire team and see their efficiency right into the Bitrix Dashboard.

I like being able to track deals in a pipeline with the Kanban-style view. I am able to get a birds' eye view of the deals I have in play and how much money is in my pipeline. I like how I am able to customize the deals and the pipeline to fit my needs. Although it's an unnecessary feature, I like the custom backgrounds.  I especially appreciate being able to use the freemium model without having to upgrade.

I dislike the integration with other calendaring apps and the task management features. I don't necessarily like the intranet communication features either.

What I like the most is that I can manage projects in a more efficient way by maintaining control and monitoring of the tasks assigned to the members of a project, in this case the Ministry's systems development team. I can also divide the members into different groups according to the function they perform. It is possible to track the time of a task and where each member of the group intervenes and unite the activities carried out to control the development and completion of the task. Other things that Bitrix likes is that all the information is in the cloud, therefore, each member can access the information by connecting to the cloud with any device with an Internet connection. It also has chat to keep the group informed, contact management and many other features.

I like this tool because it provides a great deal of ease for sharing information and effective communication that is very comfortable and in real-time among the members of our team at both national and international levels. It is also very useful for various small and large updates. it has made it easy for me to handle teams's task for example tour guards on duty ,just over my mobile phone,i can easily share information files with them incase of any updates in our tour company and get comments and replies from them of which i am instantly notified
i am also able to carry out surveys on the services offered by our tour company for example i was able to survey on the quality of our accommodation services and really went through it successfully using Bitrix 24 app
i also get status updates instantly and am also able to know the coworkers who are online at a particular time in case i want to communicate

i do not like the way they offer their technical support support ,it is really not competent and also there are alot of mulfunctions sometimes causing n inconviniences
i feel bad that some small enterprises may not be able to maintain the software after the expiry of the free version due to the slightly high price for purchasing another one and maintaining it.

I love Bitrix24 for its good design as smooth as project management and the CRM solution, it's really good and powerful, I can optimize the company's processes, all its functions are well optimized, it allows employees to track and then assign them specific tasks. Its price is very high, so I don't think it's very profitable for most users. Bitrix24 consists of many functions and modules that can be activated or deactivated as necessary, which is a great advantage since it facilitates the management of your projects while keeping the software simple. The implementation and learning of the software are very easy. It can be accessed through the website, mobile applications and desktop applications for Windows, Mac and even the Linux platform. I love Bitrix24 because it has many excellent features, but the biggest advantage I've used is an all-in-one solution. We have a chat there, we can work with agreements, create schedules, assign tasks easily and track progress in a specific job with the history and recent actions taken by the responsible person. Personalization Even in a free plan, bitrix24 leaves a lot of space to adjust the platform to the focus of the companies. You can create teams and spaces and plan sales and development processes.

I really have very few complaints about Bitrix24. The notification system of the application is a bit annoying because every time I log in, I see the same notifications again and again at some point. So that needs to be fixed. I must also say that it is expensive software to maintain.

Bitrix has the ability to scale in different functional areas as companies grow. The product is very extensible, well thought out and lends itself extremely well to smaller companies, as well as to medium-sized companies. Bitrix offers great features, basically everything you might need from a CRM and it's easy to update. It integrates with MailChimp and other platforms that we are using, which is convenient. It has more to offer than most CRMs. You will get track of your customer base. The best part is that most companies can use the free version to do everything.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The notification system of the application is a bit annoying because every time I log in, I see the same notifications again and again at some point. So that needs to be fixed. Sometimes, if there are Internet problems, the task is not captured. If there are completed projects, they should be able to be classified as successfully completed projects instead of deleting them all together. And it's uncomfortable that sometimes you have trouble setting the start time.

This is a stellar tool for medium-sized companies or small stores that are growing and growing. It fits perfectly in that space where you have some money to spend on worthwhile products, but not the absurd amount of money you would have to spend on "business class" tools, such as Oracle and SAP. Having said that, for smaller companies or for new companies it is too complex and has a too large learning curve. In short, if you are willing to get value for your money, you will find it very difficult to find more value for money than the one offered by Bitrix 24. It helps me and my organization to track each project very efficiently. This is one of the essential applications for each team, I recommend it.

I use it to manage my teams and tasks. He has almost all the things available that he needed. The features I use are task management, calendar, Birtix24 unit and webmail. I can create tasks with timelines. It shows the stage of each task and its timeline that is on time or pending. Project management is very good for creating diagrams. In the employees section you can configure the structure of the company in the form of departments and can assign employees in departments. We have been using them to control mainly the administration of tasks in the different IT solutions that we are developing in the day-to-day work. And it has been very effective so far.
