Bite2u is a complete restaurant platform with the AI manager that does everything for you. Point of sale, QR table ordering, your own delivery, takeaway, self-order kiosks, reservations and electronic invoicing in one system that runs in any browser, with 0% commission per order. Key features: - My AI manager: talk or write to it and it answers and makes the changes you ask for, always with your approval. - QR table ordering and payment: guests scan a code, see the menu in six languages with the 14 EU allergens, and order and pay from their own phone. No app. - Full POS: table orders, split bills, tips per staff member, several registers, shift-based cash control and sales reports. Works with your printers, cash drawers and card terminals. - Kitchen and bar screens: every order goes to the right station. - Your own delivery: your drivers, distance-based fees, a driver app and live tracking. No commission. - Takeaway with scheduled pickup, and self-order kiosks on any tablet. - Reservations with automatic capacity control and email reminders. - Electronic invoicing from the same screen where you charge (Verifactu in Spain, and other countries in Europe and Latin America through our fiscal partners). - Customer book, staff clock-in by PIN, finances and inventory by hand, and a package for your accountant. Pro+ adds, with the help of your AI manager: full accounting (journal, ledger, balance sheet, bank reconciliation, payroll, month-end close), inventory with AI (supplier invoices read from a photo, recipes and purchase forecasts), real voice, automatic alerts and a nightly summary, guests ordering by talking to the AI, menu photos and videos with AI, social media posts and staff schedules. It helps with your accounting but does not replace an accountant. Pro: 49.95 per month. Pro+: 79.95 per month. Same number in USD, EUR and CHF. 14-day free trial, no contract. Keeps working without internet for core tasks. Support 24/7 by WhatsApp.
