"A Shield for your device to protect against any threats."
5/5
What do you like best about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?

I love the way they have priced their product. I like the way it secures my devices against any potential threats. It scans for any types of threats and eliminates them without me doing it manually. It protects my network servers and offers free limited VPN to me, which is absolutely fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?

I'm not too fond of how they charge so much for unlimited VPN. The interface of this software is a bit confusing and not much user-friendly. Their customer service is not at all good, and they should work on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The most frustrating piece of software I've ever used"
0/5
What do you like best about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?

I'm sure the actual product works functionally, but I really can't tell. The account management part is bad enough to not care at this stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?

The process of logging in to the account is riddled with cul-de-sacs and bugs and there are inexplicable instances of the product switching off with no warning at all. There's no view across accounts and terrible UIX when trying to complete tasks. It's almost impossible to get an actual human being to support on issues and the overall experience is incredibly frustrating. Don't use this product. In fact, this is my final attempt to try and elicit some sort of contact (and refund) from the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good option for the security of your business."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?

It is very interesting how you can manage GravityZone features and actions on the site, where you have the possibility, for example, to put their system into different groups or profiles and decide whether they should enable or disable certain features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?

Exporting data from the web interface is definitely not very easy and intuitive, currently it is too "manual" and it takes a lot of time to do. A greater automation of this feature would be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
