Bitdefender GravityZone XDR is used across small businesses and mid-market organizations, with especially visible use in technology-focused industries. The strongest-fit segments reflected in users’ experience include:

What is the experience like for teams switching to Bitdefender GravityZone XDR from another tool?

Switching to Bitdefender GravityZone XDR has often been motivated by stronger threat detection, broader endpoint capabilities, and centralized management. Teams have moved from products such as ESET, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, Norton, and SentinelOne, among others, seeking better detection or reliability, more features, or a better fit on cost; deployment can be straightforward, though policy configuration and learning the console may take adjustment.

What features or capabilities could make Bitdefender GravityZone XDR even more useful?

A clearer, easier-to-navigate console would make the product simpler to learn and administer, especially as environments and policy exceptions grow. Users would also benefit from stronger reporting and more flexible alerting, along with broader and easier-to-manage integrations.
  • Simplify the console: Improve navigation, menu organization, and policy management so common tasks and settings are easier to find.
  • Expand reporting and alerting: Add more customizable reports and clearer, more timely notifications about endpoint status and threats.
  • Improve integrations: Broaden third-party connections and make integration setup and ongoing maintenance smoother.

"Terrible UI and UX"
0/5
What do you like best about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?

There is a good possibility that it does protect well against viruses & malware. However, the UI and UX is very bad; there are stupid false positives, useless risk suggestions, incidents shown are not clear and hard to understand. Because of all this, I cannot even be sure that the AV is effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?

The UX and UI is almost the worst it can get; configuring it and navigating within the dashboard creates so much frustration! Also, their support is terrible and hard to access. The dashboard shows vague numbers and security percentages whose meaning is questionable, and there are no straightforward ways to mitigate them. For example - it always reports the Chrome browser installer as malware because it uses Powershell to install. What is the only mitigation? Blocking Powershell altogether!
