Billforward supports an array of billing use cases- from the simplest to the most complex ones. Billforward strongly believes that customers' business models shouldn't have to adjust to accommodate the billing platform. When I saw this product, I was excited because I am a developer and I want to have control of how I set up my processes. Bill forward delivers just what I need for my automation. **What do you dislike about Billforward?** There's not much I can say about bill for that I dislike. Their UI/UX is great, can't say enough about this great product. **What problems is Billforward solving and how is that benefiting you?** It used to solve all of my customers financing needs when I set it up for one of my past clients who was interested in creating an automated billing platform for her business. ### 2. It lacks features and there have been occasional instances. **What problems is Billforward solving and how is that benefiting you?** Billforward addresses the problem of efficiently managing subscriptions. Excellent customer service. **What do you dislike about Billforward?** I would prefer a more in-depth affiliate system. As I understand the system you are required to add a checkout per affiliate, vs the standard code based which is the way most affiliates are tracked. I would also like an auto-pay option with instant or delayed payment choices. Another option for built-in add on of popular WP and independent affiliate systems would be a plus. **What problems is Billforward solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using only for subscription billing. ### 5. It's important to us to have flexible billing options for our clientele. Billforward does a great job of allowing me to easily customize our pricing plans. One of my favorite things about Billforward is that I can clone pricing plans to make for quicker customization. This leads to less time spent on billing and more time spent on my business. **What do you dislike about Billforward?** I would like deeper WordPress integration. So many websites are run through WordPress and I would like to use Billforward's payment processing more easily with my website. **What problems is Billforward solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customized billing requires a flexible payment processor. Billforward enables me to charge an account for a specific package based on what they need. ### 6.
