Easy, Efficient Expense Tracking with Great QuickBooks Integration

"BILL Spend & Expense has improved our efficiency by simplifying expense tracking and approvals across the organization. It's easy to use, integrates well with QuickBooks, and being free to use made it an easy decision to implement. Their onboarding and training process was excellent and helped our staff get up and running quickly. We especially appreciate the visibility into spending and the ability to manage cards and receipts in one place." BILL Spend & Expense has been reliable in our day-to-day operations. We process purchasing card transactions across multiple users and have not experienced any significant performance issues. The platform is responsive, handles our workload well, and provides real-time visibility into transactions and approvals. Aside from the limitations with QuickBooks Desktop synchronization, the system has performed consistently and has become an important part of our financial workflow.

Effortless Budget Management Solution

|BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)
I like that with BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy), we can assign funds to budgets and track all purchases. The budgeting features are a big reason we switched from US Bank. It lets us ensure we're sticking to our set budget and prevents our employees from overspending. The initial setup was simple, and it's great how we can give every employee a credit card with a limit, managed from one place where we can upload receipts as well. I also appreciate that it works seamlessly with QuickBooks.
