What do you like best about BIK?

I use BIK for customer support, sending marketing emails, and WhatsApp messages. I like that it consolidates all our customer data and communications from platforms like Instagram and Facebook into one software. It's quite simple to use, which makes it user-friendly. I find the campaign sending feature easy to handle, and even with team members using TikTok, it's very easy to navigate. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the support from their team. What do you dislike about BIK?

I find their mobile app a bit lagging; it loads a little too much and sometimes doesn't work as well as it should. Also, on the laptop, I have to constantly refresh it to get new notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. A couple of basic use cases are not available, which we want - like label-based segmentation, to differentiate between first-time (could be existing customer) & second-time buyers of a particular product

What do you like best about BIK?

Everything is under a single roof.

Easy to navigate between messages across various Meta Business channels. Integration is wonderful with other services like Shopify and Meta.

Our team use BIK daily, actually we work on it for the entire 8 hours. Messaging is very easy.

The assistance from the team needs to be mentioned specifically. They respond quickly and resolve issues at the earliest.

The new features like tasks and the priority level of tickets are helpful.

Would be great if there is a significant change in appearance of WA, IG, FB and email tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BIK?

The messages typed will not be saved when we move to another feature.

Edited: The BIK team has introduced this feature and I'm quite impressed by this.

So I have a couple of more to add now :-)

It is unable to search in tickets using any keywords.

The messages before prior to 3 months disappear, which is inconvenient. We need the previous conversations with the customer to be visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
