Bidware is contractor software built to connect the entire job from bid to close. Designed for construction contractors, subcontractors, trades, and service businesses, Bidware brings construction bidding, quoting and estimating, vendor sourcing, purchase orders, work orders, job tracking, invoicing, job costing, and final job reconciliation into one connected system. Instead of managing each stage of a project in separate software or repeatedly entering the same information, Bidware carries job information forward as the work progresses. Contractors can create a quote, request and compare vendor pricing, issue purchase orders, create work orders for subcontractors, track the job, invoice customers, and reconcile projected versus actual costs when the job is complete. Bidware's Source List workflow helps contractors request pricing from multiple vendors while keeping vendor price sheets and supporting documents connected to the job. Vendors can upload pricing and invoice documents directly, helping reduce manual data entry and keeping important purchasing information organized for job costing and reconciliation. Throughout the job, contractors can track purchasing, subcontractor work, invoices, emails, costs, and supporting documents in one place. At closeout, Job Totals provides visibility into projected versus actual costs, gross profit, gross profit margin, customer payments, and other job financial information so contractors can better understand job profitability. Bidware is designed to provide the functionality contractors need without forcing them into an overly complicated workflow.
