I DON'T. It's a very expensive service that nickel and dimes you at every turn and barely removes any of the barriers to entry. I feel cheated for subscribing. It usually just links you to other sites that host the bids, and then you need to go through lengthy sign ups on those sites to access the most basic information about the opportunities. It is not a helpful service and with the amount of gatekeeping, it falls into the scam category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
