"Fast and easy to setup"

What do you like best about BiddingOwl.com?

I have used the "old" version of the site many times and always found it quick and easy to propagate with auction items. This year we are using the "new' version and found it even better! I love the feature where you can quickly crop, edit and add words to the pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BiddingOwl.com?

Not much to complain about except the URL for the new version is awkward to verbally communicate to bidders as there is no www. in front of the website. As a link, it works perfectly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BiddingOwl.com?

BiddingOwl is user friendly, just the right price and their customer service staff is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, explain on your level and prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BiddingOwl.com?

We have used BiddingOwl for three (3) years now. We use all the features. One feature we would like to see, which has been included in their new and improved program is the program's capability to handle and record raffles by number. We will definately use BiddingOwl again for our next signature fundraiser of the year and utilize this new feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BiddingOwl.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a non-profit and have limited resources. We have run an auction at our signature fundraiser each year for sixteen (16) years. This was always done manually. Hours were spent on this project. Now that we are using BiddingOwl, for three (3) years, everything is electronic. We have saved time, money and collecting funds from the winning bidders couldn't be easlier. "New version looks great"

4th year using it. Once you get the hand of it it's easy to use. Still in the learning curve phase with the need version. I like all the new editing options. Visually the auction looks much better with need version.
