BidBuild Reviews & Product Details

BidBuild is a business intelligence platform for contractors, integrating bidding, job costing, purchase orders, scheduling, time tracking, and client portals. It tracks contingency dynamically, adjusting profit margins in real time as costs are recorded. Proposals are generated via trade-specific questionnaires, pricing options directly from supplier catalogs. The Scenes feature creates branded project showcases with imagery, product hotspots, and video walkthroughs, while a client portal manages homeowner interactions for selections, approvals, schedules, and payments. BidBuild IQ, an AI layer, provides insights on margins and job performance, drafting proposals, logging hours, creating purchase orders, and generating reports via natural language commands. The platform integrates with QuickBooks for accounting and Heritage Pool Supply Group for catalog access and inventory management. Features include warranty service, task management, financial reporting, and job visualization.
