What do you like best about Bevatel?

Befatel made it easy for me to use all the features of its platforms and explained each platform and how it works. I really like the promotional messages in Business Chat and the Smart Routing feature in the call center. The promotional messages allow me to know the customers, offers, welcome them, and increase sales. The call center and Smart Routing make it easy for the customer to reach the same employee again without consuming additional minutes or boring the customer by having to explain their needs again. What do you like best about Bevatel?

I like how Bevatel centralizes all WhatsApp messages in one dashboard, which makes team collaboration and automation easier and more efficient. It helps us solve several challenges while managing customer communication by centralizing all messages, assigning chats to agents, automating responses, and monitoring performance. This has improved our response time and customer satisfaction. The support app from Bevatel also allows us to help and solve customer issues smoothly without delays. What do you like best about Bevatel?

I use Bevatel for our call center operations and really appreciate how it allows communication with customers using a single number for all employees. The platform has made receiving calls through our unified number much easier. The campaign feature is something I like, as it automatically dials calls, so I don't need to contact each client individually.
