BetterReply Reviews & Product Details

BetterReply is the reply marketing platform for solo creators: one person running a real business from their audience. It pulls Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs, YouTube and Threads comments, LinkedIn page comments and personal DMs, and email (on Pro and Team plans) into one inbox. Reply manually, or hit AI assist on any conversation and it drafts the reply in the creator's own voice, trained on how they actually write, and it learns from every edit. Creators who want more automation can have comment replies drafted or sent automatically. Keywords turn comments into DM conversations without a flow builder. Someone comments "KEYWORD", BetterReply replies publicly and sends them the link in a DM, written the way the creator writes. A keyword takes about a minute to set up. A posting engine is included: publish and schedule to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, and TikTok from one calendar, with captions drafted in the creator's voice. Pricing is flat on every tier: unlimited contacts, AI included. A viral post never raises the bill. BetterReply is built for creators with 1,000 to 500,000 followers who sell products, services, or courses and answer everything themselves. Plans start at $29/month (Founding tier $19, first 100 customers). 7-day free trial, card required, cancel in-app. Pricing current as of July 2026.
