## BetterQA Reviews
  ### 1. A QA staff that assisted us in enhancing product quality and identifying problems before to launch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel C. | Chief Executive Officer, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

‎The most appealing thing about BetterQA is how meticulous and organized their QA procedure is. They take the time to comprehend the product, user journeys, edge cases, and the kinds of problems that could impact the end user; they don't merely perform routine checks.‎They save developers a great deal of time by providing clear, comprehensive bug reports that are simple to implement. Additionally, the team is incredibly professional and responsive, and it seems like they genuinely care about enhancing the product's overall quality rather than merely finishing a checklist.‎

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

‎There is not much to dislike. If anything, the only thing I would say is that when they provide very detailed feedback, it can sometimes create a larger list of improvements than expected, but that is actually a positive because it shows how deeply they test. It helped us see things we would have otherwise missed.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

BetterQA is unquestionably worth taking into consideration if you're looking for a trustworthy QA partner that can thoroughly test your product, clearly record problems, and collaborate closely with your team. They are particularly helpful if you want greater assurance prior to releasing updates or new features.‎

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can find bugs, usability difficulties, and other issues before they affect users thanks to BetterQA. Because our team can work from clear, well-documented reports, this has increased the dependability of our product and improved the efficiency of our development process.‎Additionally, it has boosted our confidence prior to releases. We have a skilled external QA team that thoroughly inspects the product rather than depending just on internal testing, which lowers risk, enhances user experience, and enables us to release updates with far greater assurance.

  ### 2. BetterQA: Reliable QA for Real-Time Quotes, Fast APIs and Seamless POS Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zing C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

In embedded insurance, partners can only be converted
through friction-less customer journeys and ultra-fast API response times. BetterQA has proven to be an asset to test the real-time quote generation engines, point-of-sale integrations, and automated underwriting logic. It is always easy to pitch the major retail and e-commerce players from a business development standpoint, confident of our platform’s reliability. Instead of just checking for weird bugs, their team tested our multi-currency workflows, the logic for generating policies on-the-fly, and partner checkout flows for edge cases. The team communicates well throughout the sprints, which makes them organized, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

Since we use partner-specific custom API integration
as our business model, it will require a significant initial lift to map testing parameters for different third party merchant platforms. For some weeks, our merchant simulation environments were out of sync with their automated scripts. After that, the teams adjusted easily. Consequently, they scaled up coverage immediately after things were sorted out.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

BetterQA makes sense for a fast-scaling fintech or insurtech
platform that is web hooks-heavy with real-time ingestion of data or partner APIs. To enable them to start creating automated tests right away, have your API documentation and sandbox partner mockups ready to go to hit the ground running.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we partnered with BetterQA, upgrading our core insurance pricing algorithms risked breaking existing partner integrations or slowing down the checkout process. BetterQA addressed this issue through a continuous automated regression test framework. Before going live, it identifies both logic issues and payload errors at the point-of-sale. For us, this means zero checkout friction for consumers, zero lost revenue when systems go down, and a highly stable platform that assures total peace of mind to our enterprise distribution partners

  ### 3. BetterQA: Robust, Stress-Tested QA for Complex Lending Systems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

For seamless and hassle-free execution of specialist
portfolios, such as multi-let industrial properties, limited company buy-to-let agreements and complex semi-commercial and commercial mortgages, strong software is required. The back-end lending calculation engines, automated portfolio underwriting logic and broker pipeline platforms of our business have been stress-tested and validated with the help of BetterQA. The embedded team grasped complex company financial arrangements quickly and effectively. The strength of their regression testing is perhaps most impressive, as this ensures that any of our variable criteria parameters or a structural change to our mortgage calculators cannot break anywhere across our regional lending territories.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

At first, we spent quite some time on boarding with the sandbox as we wanted to configure the secure data-access pipelines for our technical testers to ensure our complex corporate lending structures were safe. Due to this minor fault, we had to sync security with them. They dealt with the matter better than we anticipated. It will not do anything to our overall sprint schedule.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

For a financial services firm or specialist mortgage provider managing multi-layered lending calculations and complicated user paths, BetterQA is invaluable. To get the most from their technical integration early on in the onboarding process, map out your underlying data infrastructure and platform access paths at the start of onboarding.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started working together, changes to our technology platform created the risk of weird bugs appearing in our live broker portal. Consequently, manual underwriting checks would unwind live loan originations. BetterQA contains an autonomous layer of automatic validation to identify logical defects that would have shown up in production. Because of the testing program, we have sped up release, reinforced the soundness of our platform national markets, and enabled business development teams to confidently pursue new portfolio opportunities, comforted by the robustness of our digital architecture.

  ### 4. Stable Systems, Faster Deployments: BetterQA's Transparent Automated Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

A Technical Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability of
rigid systems while ensuring maximum deployment velocity and quality of code. Our automated regression test suites were built out and maintained by BetterQA. The technical engineers communicate the same language as our infrastructure and dev teams directly from our CI/CDs. They didn’t only run manual scripts but took the initiative to enhance our automated testing framework that reduced execution times considerably. The technical transparency and API validation logs mean we don’t waste time chasing bug details.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

When we set up the environment for them, we experienced a slight bottleneck in coordinating secure routing for their automated scripts to access our staging environments in a sandbox environment. It took some extra effort on our infrastructure, but their technical leads created extensive documentation and worked alongside our network team to quickly resolve the problem.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

BetterQA is an excellent choice if you require a QA partner capable of managing heavy technical automation and API testing, as well as direct infrastructure integration rather than superficial UI clicking. It's essential that your development team works out environment architecture and access controls early to maximize their technical onboarding speed.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started working with BetterQA, we had delays in our development sprints due to manual testing bottlenecks and flaky automated test scripts with a high false positive rate. BetterQA revamped our automation pipeline and created strong end to end test scripts that run on every build. Our delays in deployment were resolved, the hotfixes that we had to issue after a release dropped down to almost zero, and it freed up our internal technical services team allowing them to focus entirely on core architecture updates without having to debug a test environment all the time.

  ### 5. BetterQA Delivers Reliable, Automated QA for Peak-Season Retail Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** June M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

Our digital solutions are relied on by the foodservice segment of a popular retailer’s outlet to be 100% reliable at peak tourist season. BetterQA has done a fantastic job testing our integrations: the POS ordering system, the logging inventory portal, and menu updating. The QA testers they embed closely follow our workflow practices and processes. Perhaps the best feature is the automatic validation process. When we are changing the item pricing or promo bundles in all our stores, we are not breaking our order flows in front of the house. I can deploy the digital updates with confidence due to documentation.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

At the beginning of our relationship, we arranged for extra time f
or their technical do-it-yourself experts to connect with the legacy software components of our older on-hand systems. The first stage of scoping for testing took a little longer than might normally be expected, but they were proactive, got back on track pretty quickly and didn’t flex our main deployment timelines.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

If, for instance, you work in the retail or hospitality space where real-world operational workflows are driven by back-end software systems, then BetterQA is a good option. You must show them both your physical service pipeline and any legacy platforms early on. Due to their reliability and having a dedicated team, you can always depend on them and their work.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we brought them on board, we encountered odd bugs at the till because the manual menu updates and inventory system updates would trigger periodically. BetterQA has built a regression testing layer to identify these workflow issues in advance. Due to conducting functional and UI checks on our systems, they have reduced transaction errors, saved management hours of troubleshooting and brought full clarity with easy-to-understand billing and reporting metrics.

  ### 6. Senior Operations Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susanne M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

The nature of our platforms demand that all internal processes/operations
must be documented as accurately as possible with total data security. The BetterQA embedded engineers were onboarded to our Jira and Slack instantly and very respectful of our processes. The standout feature for us is the Auditi platform. It made day-to-day WCAG and compliance checks easier on core internal tools and led to a structured and highly predictable process. Before, this required painful manual checks for weeks. Their detailed reporting provides us even further confidence in deployment.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

They are worth to looking into for people who are tasked with enterprise-grade products or operations which have tough compliance requirements or protocols. Plan ahead your Security Frameworks and data access control. Dedicated testing help from engineers whose knowledge isn’t lost over time, as with more rotating agency staff, is what they offer if needed.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

In the beginning, there was a bit of back and forth to bring their
engineers on board and align them with internal security access. Because of this, the first sprint got delayed a bit. However, the team was very responsive and quickly aligned their processes to our compliance to get back on track.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to quick system updates their application’s internal files got some layout issue which causes their department non compliance violation. BetterQA is a quality assurance software that assures detection of functional edge cases that are sometimes missed by developers. The risk associated with the project deployment is low as the large regression suites and Security Toolkit scans ran successfully. Consequently, our operations teams were able to save a lot of time testing fixes. They have extensive tracking that makes billing 100% transparent.

  ### 7. BetterQA Streamlined Bug Reporting with BugBoard and Seamless Slack/Jira Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

Our team was doing too much paper work on reproduction steps instead of working on code. BetterQA slotted right into our Slack and Jira processes as soon as we brought them on board. According to us, the BugBoard has been the best feature. Utilizing it enables users to transform screenshots into complete bug reports and test cases within minutes, hours of manual work by our internal team at the moment. We're familiar with their regression testing - it reassures us before each bi-weekly deployment.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

To start with, the volume on a daily basis of bugs that they were
reporting in Jira was too many for our developers to check through. During a sprint retrospective, we talked about the issue, they fixed their report filter (updated to prioritize important edge cases first).

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

I suggest mapping out bottlenecks in your current sprint cycle and p
ipeline before onboarding. Moving away from rotating freelance testers and looking for a team that can retain deep domain knowledge of your product layout over several quarters is a great fit.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had flaky automated tests which failed due to a ui selector changing. As a result, the engineers spent most of their time maintaining the tests instead of building features. BetterQA handle the automation framework of our application using Cypress and deployed Flows for self-healing automation. The burden of maintaining the tests was reduced considerably. Because QA is separate from Development, the independent QA Review team will be involved at all points so that any major logic flaws Development may miss will be caught.

  ### 8. BugBoard Turned Screenshots into Structured Reports Fast—High-Quality Regression Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

Our team spent more time documenting reproduction steps than fixing code, it was time to act. As soon as we signed with BetterQA, they were integrated into our Slack and Jira. The BugBoard tool has stood out greatly for us. It enables them to convert screenshots into fully structured bug reports and test cases in just a few minutes. This used to take our internal team hours of manual work. We have peace of mind because their regression testing ahead of our 2-weekly deployments is of a high quality.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

Initially, they found it hard to go through all the bug reports created by them on JIRA on a daily basis. While our sprint retrospective we got onto this and they rapidly made their reporting filters prioritise the main edge cases first.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

Prior to onboarding them, I would recommend mapping your existing sprint cycles and pipeline bottlenecks. If you want to get away from rotating freelance testers and want a team that retains knowledge of your product layout over multiple quarters, you may go for them.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our earlier automation testing suite was flaky and unstable. Our automation tests would often fail due to sometimes just a single character change in UI selector. As a result, we engineers had to spend endless hours on maintaining that suite. Our automated frameworks built with Cypress were taken over by BetterQA, which implemented their Flows tool for self-healing automation. The amount of test maintenance we have to do was reduced significantly. Due to being independent from development and not related to them, this QA review group finds serious logic errors that the developers of the system miss when reviewing their own work.

  ### 9. BetterQA Security Toolkit Streamlined CI Security Scanning and Shift-Left Adoption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Temitope O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

We‍‌‍‍‌ have integrated the Security Toolkit from BetterQA with our CI pipeline and it has worked really well. Our command will check more than 30 professional scanning tools before we roll out any assets. Many days of manual setup of different vulnerability tools have been done. More and more developers are getting on board to "Shift-Left" by resolving errors at the earliest possible time in the development ‍‌‍‍‌process.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

On occasions, the amount of vulnerability alerts was overwhelming when it came to sprint cycles. Fortunately, their team helped us tune the thresholds to prioritise genuine edge cases and reduce the noise considerably.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

Enterprise engineering teams with sophisticated deployment schedules need to be a strong choice. State your risk appetite upfront so that they can apply the appropriate thresholds to scanning to match your particular compliance requirements.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously,‍‌‍‍‌ our release timelines used to get pushed by weeks just because of vulnerability scans and penetration tests. BetterQA has totally automated this bottleneck. By blending their toolkit with our own, we have the ability to discover security weaknesses only after the code has been committed. We have much greater faith in releases. We have managed to cut the time of our post-release security patching almost by 40%, which makes our clients in the enterprise sector secure and, at the same time, our sprint velocity remains ‍‌‍‍‌unaffected.

  ### 10. Reliable QA partner That Caught what We Missed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John L. | Co-Founder , Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

I liked how hands on their team was. They didn't just report issues, they explained them clearly and even suggested fixes. During one sprint, they recreated a tricky mobile bug and shared a quick walkthrough, which saved our developers a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

At times, their detailed reports felt a bit overwhelming, especially during tight deadlines. We had to spend extra time reviewing everything. However, once we got used to their structure, it became easier to prioritize and act on the findings

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

I had recommend BetterQA to any team that needs dependable QA support. They bring clarity to testing and genuinely care about product quality. If you value catching issues before users do, they are a strong partner to have on your side

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed consistent testing across landing pages, analytics tags, and ad flows. BetterQA stepped in and uncovered hidden bugs that affected user journeys. This helped us launch smoother campaigns and reduced back and forth fixes with our clients

  ### 11. Could Benefit from Tighter SLAs During Peak Release Cycles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Purnima C. | Growth Manager , Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

What stood out most was their consistency and attention to detail. They didn’t just run surface-level tests — they actively explored edge cases and user flows we hadn’t fully considered.

Their bug reports were clear, reproducible, and easy for developers to act on, which reduced back-and-forth significantly. We also appreciated how smoothly they adapted to our workflow and tools without requiring much onboarding overhead.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

At times, feedback turnaround during peak cycles could be slightly slower than expected, especially when multiple features were being tested in parallel. It wasn’t a major issue, but tighter SLAs during high-release periods would make the experience even better.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

If you are a startup or product team that doesn’t have a fully mature QA function, BetterQA is a good fit to quickly improve testing coverage without hiring a large in-house QA team. They work best when you already have a clear development process and need a reliable extension for manual and automated testing.

I would recommend being very explicit about scope, priorities, and release timelines from the beginning. This helps ensure testing cycles align with your sprint schedule and avoids delays during peak release periods.

They are especially useful for teams that want to reduce production bugs and improve release confidence, but still want flexibility compared to building a full internal QA department.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed extra QA capacity to support our development team because we were missing bugs during internal testing and releasing features with avoidable issues. Our in-house team was focused on development, so testing coverage was inconsistent and we lacked structured regression testing before releases.

BetterQA stepped in as an external QA partner to strengthen our testing process and make our releases more stable.

  ### 12. Valuable QA Support for Customer facing Digital Platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris T. | Digital Marketing Director, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

One thing I really appreciated was how proactive BetterQA was throughout the testing process. They consistently identified issues that could have affected customer inquiries, vehicle searches and appointment requests before release. Their findings were practical, well documented and helped our team make informed decisions quickly.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

At times reviewing a large batch of test results required additional coordination between teams to determine implementation priorities. However, BetterQA remained flexible, provided clarification when needed and worked closely with us to keep projects moving forward.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

I would recommend BetterQA to retail organizations that depend on reliable digital experiences. Their structured QA approach, thorough documentation and consistent communication made them a dependable partner throughout our projects.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BetterQA helped us uncover usability issues and inconsistencies across key customer facing systems before updates were released. Their testing progress gave our team greater confidence when deploying changes and helped create a smoother experience for customers browsing inventory and submitting inquiries online.

  ### 13. Catch Issues Early and Improve Release Stability across Connected System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kedar R. | Chief Executive Officer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

I liked the way the testing felt very practical and grounded. Instead of focusing only on isolated features, they paid attention to how everything connected and that made the findings more useful when we started fixing.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

Some of the issues they raised required us to revisit parts of the system we had already reviewed. That created a bit of extra back and forth before final approval, though it helped strengthen the final release.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

Teams managing complex platform with multiple integrations would benefit from this level of structured QA involvement which brings more visibility into system behavior before release and helps reduce surprises once updates reach production.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were dealing with frequent uncertainty around how updates would behave once multiple systems started interacting with each other. Testing focused on checking real user flows, integrations and data movement between services. This helped bring visibility to issues before release and reduced situations where problems were only discovered after deployment.

  ### 14. Identifying Critical Issues before They Reached our Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

The level of detail they brought to the testing process was genuinely impressive. Their team consistently looked beyond the obvious functionality and took the time to evaluate how different parts of the platform interacted across a variety of conditions.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

Several discoveries prompted us to take a closer look at related functionality than we had originally planned. At times, this meant we needed extra review and internal discussion before we could finalize the updates.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

Any company investing in software development should think about having dedicated QA support in place before major releases. BetterQA helped us uncover risks that could have easily stayed hidden until after launch. Their testing process brought more clarity to our decision-making and helped us move forward with greater confidence, contributing to a more dependable final product.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preparing software updates for release required a high level of confidence that new functionality would work as intended across the platform. BetterQA carried out thorough validation of our key workflows and uncovered issues that hadn’t surfaced during internal testing. Their efforts helped us address important concerns before deployment, reducing uncertainty and allowing releases to move forward from a much stronger position.

  ### 15. Ensuring Greater Reliability across Payment and Account Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Chief Executive Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

A quality I appreciated was their ability to look beyond expected functionality and assess how the platformed across a wide range of user interactions. Their findings were detailed, clearly documented and provided valuable guidance that helped our team refine important areas of the product.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

On occasion, their testing brought attention to connected areas that were not originally part of the planned review. This required additional consideration before finalizing certain changes. Although it prolonged certain stages of the process and it helped identify considerations that might otherwise have been missed.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

Business operating digital platforms that manage transactions, accounts or customer information can benefit from dedicated QA support. BetterQA contributed thoughtful insights throughout the testing process and helped us deliver updates with a higher level of readiness.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BetterQA assisted our team during enhancements to our payment and account management platform. Their testing uncovered situations where transaction handling, account updates and system responses could behave differently under specific conditions. Implementing those recommendations enhanced usability and reduced interruptions during everyday use.

  ### 16. Supporting smoother Software Releases through Thorough Quality Assurance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olga V. | Chief Executive Officer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

I was particularly impressed by how thoroughly they approached the platform. Rather than focusing only on expected functionality, they examined how different actions and system interactions affected the overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

There was occasions when their analysis brought attention to related areas that fell outside the immediate scope of the release. As a result, certain items required further discussion before final approval while this extended the review process slightly and it contributed to a more complete evaluation of the product.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

Companies developing software products should consider involving QA specialists early in the release cycle. BetterQA provided a valuable external perspective, identified opportunities for refinement and played an important role in helping us deliver a more polished and dependable platform.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BetterQA supported our team as we expanded functionality across our software platform. Their testing identified situations where user inputs, data processing and system behavior could produce unexpected results under certain conditions. Resolving those issues made platform behavior more predictable and reduced the likelihood of user confusion.

  ### 17. Improving Product Stability before Reaching a Wider User Base

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan R. | Chief Executive Officer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

I particularly appreciated their ability to examine the platform from different perspectives rather than relying solely on predefined requirements. They examined various usage paths, tested edge cases and documented their observations clearly and this gave our team practical guidance for refining several areas of the product.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

One challenge was that their thorough QA process at times surfaced related issues outside the original scope of the release. That prompted further discussions among multiple teams before final approval. In the end, addressing those findings early was far preferable to encountering them after launch.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

Bringing an external QA team into the development cycle can reveal opportunities that internal teams may not always see. BetterQA added value through detailed analysis and practical recommendations that helped improve the readiness of our software updates.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we introduced new capabilities across our software platform, BetterQA conducted extensive QA validation to ensure everything functioned as intended. Their work identified cases where data handling, user actions and system responses could produce inconsistent results. Resolving findings strengthened reliability and reduced potential disruptions for users.

  ### 18. Making Customer Support Interactions more Reliable before Release

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex T. | Chief Executive Officer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

What I appreciated most was their ability to approach the product the way actual users would. They explored different support journeys, revisited precious actions and checked how information appeared after multiple interactions.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

A few recommendations required us to reassess parts of the product that had already been approved for release and it ultimately resulted in a stronger outcome and reduced the risk of future complications.

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**

Businesses building customer support platforms can benefit greatly from dedicated QA involvement. BetterQA introduced valuable attention to detail and offered useful observations to delivering a more polished product.

**What problems is BetterQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We brought BetterQA on board to evaluate newly introduced support and account management functions. Their analysis revealed situations that could create confusion for user when moving between different sections of the platform. The resulting improvements made daily interactions much more predictable and efficient.

  ### 19. More Stable Releases Thanks to BetterQA’s Product-Minded Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soledad V. | Freelance Financial Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

One of the biggest benefits of working with BetterQA has been the added confidence in our releases. Their testing process helps uncover problems before they reach users, which has made our product updates far more stable. They approach QA from a product perspective rather than just checking boxes. I like that BetterQA has a tool that allows recording tests from the Chrome browser, which has been very useful for me to speed up testing processes. I also value that they rely heavily on the use of artificial intelligence, which allows for a certain speed in the processes while ensuring the correct output of the products. I appreciate that the human group that makes up the organization is well-versed in using the most appropriate methodologies for quality assurance, and what I like the most is their willingness to always listen to the client's needs, prioritizing solutions over profit.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

Nothing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzette N. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about BetterQA?**

Solid QA partner with strong compliance focus (they're ISO 13485 certified, which mattered for us). Found critical bugs in our mobile app before release - things Appium alone wouldn't have surfaced quickly. Team feels like an extension of ours; same engineers throughout. Flows tool helped stabilize regressions fast.

**What do you dislike about BetterQA?**

Pricing is fair for the depth, not the cheapest but no hidden surprises. Would give 5 stars if mobile automation was fully in-house (they use Maestro for now, building their own).

**Recommendations to others considering BetterQA:**
