**What do you like best about Best Brain?**

I like that Best Brain switches easily with WhatsApp which is a platform that most of my customers are familiar with. It is very convenient to engage with the AI agent via Messenger since we don’t have to install a new application.

**What do you dislike about Best Brain?**

I have observed that it gives a nearly passable performance when it comes to handling more complex customer questions. I could only remember a few times the discussion went astray and I had to assume the control.

**What problems is Best Brain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Best Brain has minimized the workload of dealing with identical customer questions. I am able to do more valuable tasks and incorporate a greater level of attentiveness to elaborated customer relations.
