BerényiSoft AI Call Center Reviews & Product Details

BerényiSoft AI Call Center is an AI-powered phone customer service system and voicebot that answers and makes calls in natural spoken language – 24/7, in Hungarian, integrated with your existing CRM/ERP systems. Instead of a push-button IVR menu, the AI understands what the caller wants, handles the request on its own and hands over to a live agent when needed. How it works: 1. Call answering and intent recognition – information request, appointment booking, service request or complaint 2. Autonomous handling – answers from the company database, books or modifies appointments, records data and confirms details with the caller 3. Handover to a live agent – complex cases are transferred together with a conversation summary, so the customer doesn't have to start over 4. Recording, summary, reports – every call is recorded and searchable, summaries and data flow into the CRM/ERP, management reports are generated automatically Key features: - Inbound and outbound call handling – the AI can also initiate calls automatically - Phone appointment booking with confirmation - Voicebot dialogues in natural Hungarian, consistent on-brand communication - Multiple parallel calls, no waiting queue, scales by configuration - Integration with PBX, CRM, ERP, ticketing and booking systems via API - Automatic call recording, summaries, data export and reporting - GDPR-compliant data handling; callers are informed they are talking to an AI and can request a human agent at any time Ideal for healthcare and private clinics, service centers, webshops and logistics, real estate and finance, utilities and public service providers, and enterprise customer service.
