BenchAGi Reviews & Product Details

BenchAGi is one workspace for a contracting business, plus AI agents that do the office work inside it. Most contractors run on a pile of tools that don't talk to each other. There's a CRM, a spreadsheet for estimates, a whiteboard for production, and a phone full of missed calls. BenchAGi puts leads, jobs, estimates, proposals, and production in one place your people open in the browser. Then you add agents, one at a time. Cole works sales and flags the leads going cold. Aurelius runs operations. Sage handles customers, Ember the field, Sully marketing, and Epic strategy. Bailey is a personal assistant that comes with the harness. The agents monitor, flag, draft, and recommend. Nothing goes out until a person approves it, and every change leaves a trail. The agents work on a harness. That's a Mac you own, set up with your rules, your memory, and your approvals. Start with one Mac. Add another when the first one is busy. If your business needs a software piece that doesn't exist yet, the Forge builds it. You pay monthly per agent. No seat licenses. No long-term contract.
