Baseline Reviews & Product Details

Baseline Software is a purpose-built loan origination and servicing platform designed for real estate private lenders and hard money lenders, from small lenders to regional and national teams. It provides a unified, modern solution that replaces fragmented spreadsheets and point-solutions with a single system for the entire lending lifecycle — from initial quote and term sheet generation to loan maturity and investor reporting. At its core, Baseline centralizes loan origination, loan servicing, investor and fund management, borrower and investor portals, and draw management — all accessible through a clean, intuitive web interface. The platform helps lenders track pipelines, automate workflows, manage documentation and communications, and collect payments with ACH and other payment methods, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual workload. A standout feature is Baseline’s branded borrower and investor portals, which provide transparent, self-serve experiences that build trust and reduce back-and-forth emails. Borrowers can complete applications, upload documents, and track status all in one place, while investors get secure access to portfolio performance, distributions, statements, and tax documents. Baseline’s platform integrates workflow automation, configurable rules, task tracking, and communication tools that keep teams aligned and deals moving forward with fewer bottlenecks. It also supports robust capital operations — including fund, whole note, and fractional structures — enabling lenders to manage complex investment products without switching systems. With flexible, month-to-month pricing and white-glove onboarding, Baseline caters to both small and growing lenders looking for scalability without long-term contracts. The software is highly rated in real-world reviews for ease of use, value, support, and centralized capabilities, making it a compelling choice for teams seeking to streamline private lending operations.
