I find the real-time update of inventory a key benefit to operations with Balloon One Solutions Limited. I also appreciate their subject matter expertise, which helps in making customized solutions for customers.

I find that there are some operational gaps that cannot be fulfilled by Balloon One Solutions Limited, which require additional workarounds. I struggle with the system's inability to input decimal place values, making it difficult to manage catch weight items and leading to additional efforts.
