**What do you like best about Bake Wheel?**

I love how simple the software is to use for both the baker and the customer. Most of our customers using the Bake Wheel love being in control of their own orders. You have a production sheet where each tells you what you have to bake or prepare.

Too much relief here because we are free from having to pick phone calls for orders or emails every now and then from our retail customers and it does all the invoicing and the delivery notes for us which saves a great deal.

very reliable when it comes to production budgeting, much on sales calculation and when planning for daily tasks.

**What do you dislike about Bake Wheel?**

something's really off about the software. It can get slow sometimes, not often though and the support? I do not know if it exists but no responses are received for messages sent. Something they really have to look into.

**Recommendations to others considering Bake Wheel:**

Quite tricky here. I do not know if they have resolved the customer support system or if they have a functional one at the moment. If they do then this is one software that will help in saving time, energy and a good relief from the stress of taking orders. 

**What problems is Bake Wheel solving and how is that benefiting you?**


Problem: Too much work in customer management until we could miss on some orders. How Bad! Managing production, recipes and formulas could be troublesome with us having many orders to work on, we could not have time to plan on all the ingredients we needed and their quantities when making purchases.

Benefits: Needed something quick to sort this messy trend and that is what we got. Being able to get orders from customers via the software with their own customization. Such a great thing and these days we only receive a few calls and emails because majority of our customers use the software. It saves greatly in production management since everything you need to bake or leavening is recorded for you and all matters recipe and formula management make things even easier when it comes to preparing for the day's tasks.
