I love how simple the software is to use for both the baker and the customer. Most of our customers using the Bake Wheel love being in control of their own orders. You have a production sheet where each tells you what you have to bake or prepare.
Too much relief here because we are free from having to pick phone calls for orders or emails every now and then from our retail customers and it does all the invoicing and the delivery notes for us which saves a great deal.
