## About Bailin
Bailin is rental property management software for private landlords in France, and for agencies managing properties on behalf of multiple owners. The landlord uploads their lease as a PDF. Bailin extracts the data, creates the property, the tenant and the payment schedule, then connects to the bank account to automatically reconcile incoming rent. No manual data entry is required to get started. Core features: • Monthly rent receipts, generated and sent automatically • Automatic bank reconciliation of incoming payments • Three-stage late payment reminders • Annual rent indexation based on the French INSEE rent index (IRL) • Annual service charge reconciliation, with tenant letter • Move-in and move-out condition report comparison • Energy performance certificate tracking and rental ban countdown • Rent control compliance checks in regulated areas • French rental income tax filing support • Electronic signature for leases and condition reports Bailin supports unfurnished, furnished and mobility leases, shared tenancies and joint ownership. The professional plan adds multi-client management, per-owner management reports and fee tracking. Pricing: free for one property, €10/month up to five, €15/month unlimited.
