With a such large number of resources available at your disperse to grow into what you want to learn, it is going to help you gain knowledge, and become wiser if you are interested which will go a long way in your career. It's a fun new way where everything is explained in a podcast where you feel like you are a part of the conversation which helps you gain a better understanding of the subjects. **What do you dislike about Backtracks?** It can be expensive for a lot of people signing it at first, I believe when you first sign-up, it can be a little complicated to begin like, for example, it asks for "Claim Podcast for Switchboard" just when you sign-up which people can struggle with it since there aren't any options or choices available, to begin with, some clairty here would definitely help and go a long way. **What problems is Backtracks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped me tremendously in gaining a better understanding of the world of Analytics and Advertising which is the need of the hour and definitely made me wiser and I can use this to grow and expand in so many ways reaching a much larger group, especially those who are actually looking for it. The API and SDKs are simple and intuitive to understand . Gives a lot of information and data about how much time a user is interacting with the system, locations etc. Provides data about customer engagements which is a good thing. **What do you dislike about Backtracks?** Data can be contaminated by ad frauds that can happen across platforms. Backtracks have very little management on this front and this breaks the trust of the user about how his data is growing. If Backtrack can combat this problem, by some mechanism then it can scale to be the No.1 podcast analytics company. **What problems is Backtracks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analyzing Podcast data and managing user engagements across various social media platforms.
