Backing IT Reviews & Provider Details

Backing IT is an AI automation and RevOps infrastructure agency. We build custom operational systems, autonomous AI agents, and programmatic growth pipelines for B2B brands looking to scale output without adding headcount. Instead of patching together disconnected apps, we unite your back-office and sales operations into a single system using our Triple-Engine Scaling Framework: Programmatic Operations & Middleware: We eliminate repetitive data handling by deploying custom scripts and AI agents. Instead of staff manually re-keying records across tools, our pipelines extract, validate, and route data automatically across your software stack. Autonomous Voice Intelligence: We deploy 24/7 conversational voice receptionists that qualify inbound prospects against your exact criteria and book meetings directly into sales reps' calendars. RevOps & CRM Orchestration: We build trigger-based nurturing workflows and behavioral scoring inside your CRM. When high-intent leads view pricing or submit inquiries, automated multi-channel sequences engage them immediately. GEO/AEO & Cloud Infrastructure: We structure technical schemas so your brand is directly cited across AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, while engineering fast API wrappers for zero-latency operations. Deployment & Impact Custom integrations launch in your live production environment within 10 to 14 days with zero system downtime. Every build includes real-time telemetry tracking hours saved, CAC reduction, and pipeline velocity.
