Backchannels Reviews & Product Details

Backchannels is a B2B contact database and sales intelligence tool built specifically for software go-to-market teams. Instead of a generic "tech" list, it gives sales, marketing, and RevOps teams access to 225,000 verified software decision-makers that you filter down to your exact ideal customer profile and push straight into Salesforce or HubSpot. The difference from broad databases like Apollo and ZoomInfo is focus. Every contact in Backchannels is a real software buyer, so SDRs and AEs prospect from a pre-qualified pool instead of scrubbing millions of records full of people who will never buy software. Demand gen teams use the same data to build clean, segmentable ABM lists by role, region, industry, and company stage. RevOps teams push enriched, standardized records directly into the CRM with no CSVs and no manual cleanup. Pricing is pay-per-contact with no subscription and no contract. You browse and preview matches for free, and spend a credit only on the contacts you decide to keep. One credit unlocks one full profile with verified email, phone, and LinkedIn. Credits never expire. Backchannels is a fit for software companies tired of paying five-figure annual data contracts for lists they cannot fully use, and who want a lead database that starts and ends with software buyers.
