but there are a few things lacking. One: 25TB limit on NFS shares. Not sure why this is in place, but it immediately invalidated the hardware for use in resolving a local storage issue. Two: You have to deploy a VM appliance to HOST a NFS share. Other products do this out of the gate. To get fault tolerance, you have to cluster the appliance in some fashion. Too many extra steps! Three: Dedupe and compression rates are not trackable via reporting features. StorSimple needs to expand reporting options quite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
