This allows you to scale as need. The Render API is great and I like how they are adding additional features such as the weather and data service. **What do you dislike about Azure Maps?** I would prefer that this product be developed a bit more. I'm glad to see that there are many things in preview right now, but I look forward to them being completed and GA. **What problems is Azure Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?** My use-case required us to display a map within an application. We looked at a few different providers but decided to use Azure Maps and it fit our need. ### 3. Ability to provide distance between two different Geo locations. Live updates on Traffic can also be embedded. Integration with other Azure active directory and other Azure services is another positive point. Different option to search for a location i.e. based on Geo locations, City name, zip codes etc. **What do you dislike about Azure Maps?** It takes time to load the map sometimes. The feature Geo-fencing is very useful and much needed for our application, but it is quite complex and sometimes not works as expected. No API connectivity for street view as offered by Google Maps. **Recommendations to others considering Azure Maps:** The API is very straight forward and easy to use. If basic needs for map are required and you already have Microsoft's (Azure preferably) system in your application, then you can go for it. **What problems is Azure Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to provide a Mapping API for a delivery system for one of our clients. The Azure API helped us a lot in achieving this, and we implemented many features through this like mapping/finding out the shortest route and showing live traffic updates. ### 4. There are tons of guide, videos about how to use azure lbs, and the user community of azure is really big, so use it if you have any question. **What problems is Azure Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Azure lbs, when i make web apps based on gps, traffic, or any other location service, because it really saves time, you only need to add the API on your app using the authentication key, and configure it also is very easy to monitoring with Azure network watcher which mean i can always know the performance, latency of my app. ### 11.
