Azure AI search allows companies to search for their documents easily. Old search libraries require you to manually enter metadata for a specific document that you upload online such as the Author, Keywords, Title, Publication Date etc. Azure AI search fixes that. All you need to do is to scan your documents and place them in an Azure Storage space. An AI engine will then read through the documents using Optical Character Recognition and Image analysis among other "skills". Once the AI engine has gone thru all the documents, an index would be created for you to be able to search through all your documents. Since this is in Azure, you can easily integrate this search engine to Azure Static Web Apps or Microsoft Power Apps and call the REST API that Azure AI Search would provide Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Azure AI Search? Pricing will be difficult to understand if you are new. The prices of the whole service includes the Azure AI Search service, Azure Storage service. Also, if you intend to create a website as the interface for your users to search the data, you would then need an Azure Static Web App and an Azure API Management Service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
