Using AXL for an international yoga business has proven beneficial due to its responsive support team and evolving features. The main limitation is the lack of built-in multi-currency support, requiring additional integrations for pricing management.

Before AXL we were paying for three tools: a CRM, a cold outreach platform, and a separate analytics stack. Data was reconciled by hand in spreadsheets, and checking where a single lead stood meant opening three tabs. AXL replaced all three — leads, segments, email sequences, and reporting live in one AI-native sales and marketing platform, with the full touch history visible on each contact.
The MCP support is what sets it apart. I connected Hermes, and the AI works against our actual data instead of whatever I paste into a prompt. A request like "pull the accounts that opened but didn't reply in 10 days and draft a follow-up" runs in under a minute — that used to be CSV exports and manual cross-checking.
Setup and migration took a single session, no support tickets and no formal onboarding: exported contacts from our old CRM to CSV, imported, fields mapped correctly on the first pass. The team was running campaigns the same day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main pain point is email deliverability. Sending domains drop out periodically, and you don't find out right away — the campaign keeps running while part of the mail stops landing. I've had to monitor this manually and verify deliverability myself. I'd want clear alerts when a domain breaks, plus better diagnostics: right now when sending fails it isn't obvious whether the issue is authentication, warm-up, or sender reputation. What I really like is that actually AXL connects the whole business instead of just putting a lot of features under one login.
As someone who runs an online education business for 8 years now, I’ve used the typical stack of separate tools (landing pages, CRM, email, courses, webinars, payments and automation, and what’s not…) The painful part was never having the tools, but keeping all of them connected and making sure the same customer data followed the person through the entire journey (until it cracks and then you repair and again and again 🙈🤯…)
then with AXL you get it simply: customer, payment, course access, communication and follow-up live in the same system. That makes a surprisingly big difference when you’re running real campaigns and not just building a website, lol
I also really like the AI approach (though for someone it could be crazy tough). It’s not just “AI that writes you a marketing email.” Through MCP AI can actually work with the business infrastructure and create or change real objects in the account, that’s what I/we do in our practice. That feels much closer to where software is going than simply adding an AI chatbot to an existing platform.
For me the biggest value is probably less tool-switching and less manual work between systems. I can think about the business workflow I want, rather than thinking first about which one-hundred-different tools I need to make it happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is powerful, but there’s a learning curve (so to say). With so many things in one place, it obviously takes some time to figure out the best way to set everything up. I’d also love to see more ready-to-use templates and workflows for online education businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can create websites and webinars on a single platform.
The interface is user-friendly and easy to understand, even for beginners.
There are many social media channels available for connecting and communicating with customers.
The CRM is convenient and makes it easy to manage and track all deals.
It works very fast on downloading pages
Considering the number of features, the price is very affordable.
The support team is responsive and always helps resolve any issues.
The new AI is absolutely amazing. You can create a webinar and a website for it in just a few minutes, and you can even connect your own AI agent directly to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have nothing to dislike because it's the best platform on the market for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was using AXL for years and I was happy with it, but a few weeks ago they launched MCP and it's mind-blowing! I connected Codex to AXL - it's really MAGIC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was too much functionality - too much complexity at the beginning - hard to understand. But now with new AI-assistant you just write what you need and it's done. Literally - MAGIC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I got AXL Profit Autopilot offer - I like having AI working on the funnel instead of trying to figure everything out myself. We’re seeing improvements at several stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The testing takes patience. I sometimes want a quick answer, but we need enough data before deciding what works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can manage my courses, emails, and customer information in one place. I’m still learning it, but the basic setup makes sense to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moving took some work. Rebuilding pages and checking everything was more time-consuming than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
