The most important thing for me is that I don't need to manage a cluster of Amazon EC2 instances, this reduces a lot of dependencies and time. Secondly, I'm able to deploy the application within no time. Finally, the best one is you don't need any servers to launch the containers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AWS Fargate? At the moment the cost is way higher than any other alternate services including the per-hour charges that are even higher than ECS and EKS. The ease of setup and use is the most distinguishing feature of AWS Fargate. The docker containers are easy to maintain as well. It also offers security protocols which are amazing. Each RAM & CPU variable is metered independently. However, it is still worth it since the infra. maintenance cost is zero and overall cluster cost will be comparable.
