Awardly Reviews & Product Details

Awardly is an AI-powered government contracting platform that helps Canadian businesses find, qualify, and win public and private sector contracts. It aggregates tenders from every public procurement source in Canada, including federal, provincial, and municipal portals as well as third-party aggregators, giving you the largest source of government opportunities in the country in a single feed. AI scores each opportunity against your company profile the moment it posts, so you only spend time on bids you can win. When you're ready to pursue an opportunity, Awardly reads the full RFP package and extracts every requirement, deliverable, and evaluation criterion into a compliance matrix, with each item traceable to its source. It then drafts compliant proposal sections in your organization's voice, grounded in your past proposals, certifications, and project history stored in your organization library. Teams manage their entire bid pipeline in one workspace where they assign tasks, track deadlines, and collaborate from discovery through submission. Built-in market intelligence shows who won similar contracts and at what price, surfaces upcoming recompetes, and monitors the buyers and competitors that matter to you. Awardly is built for Canadian small and mid-sized businesses, from solo contractors to dedicated bid teams, across construction, IT, professional services, defence, and more.
