AwajDigital Call Center Reviews & Product Details

AwajDigital is a cloud call center platform for businesses in Bangladesh. Teams can build IVR menus, organise agents into groups and handle incoming and outgoing calls through a browser panel or Android app, without installing an office PBX server. Call recordings and call history help teams review conversations and follow up with customers. The Enterprise plan includes a progressive auto dialer that places one call per available agent, ringing the customer and agent together. Documented REST APIs provide access to agents and agent calls, and a browser SDK supports an embedded agent call widget. Enterprise costs BDT 1,500 per month plus BDT 0.55 per call minute. One dedicated number is included; additional dedicated numbers cost BDT 150 per month each. Setup is free with a new dedicated number. Setup for an existing IPTSP number is charged separately. Businesses provide and manage their own agents.
