Auto Repair System Reviews & Product Details

Auto Repair System by 5 Star Support is shop management software you own outright. Instead of paying monthly subscriptions or per-user fees, independent auto repair shops can purchase their own business operating system for a one-time price and use it across their team. Designed for the daily operations of an automotive repair business, Auto Repair System connects the front desk and technicians in one organized workflow. It helps shops manage customers, vehicles, repair orders, appointments, payments, and reporting while giving technicians a dedicated portal to track assigned work, update job statuses, and communicate with the front desk. **Built for the way repair shops actually work** The Front Desk Portal serves as the shop's central workspace for managing customer and vehicle records, estimates, repair orders, scheduling, inventory, invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. Owners and managers can monitor business activity, review reports, and gain visibility into technician performance and job progress. The Technician Portal gives technicians access to their assigned jobs, labor and parts information, repair notes, and status updates. Connected communication between the front desk and technicians helps reduce unnecessary back-and-forth and keeps everyone working from the same information. **Keep the tools you already rely on** Auto Repair System is designed to complement existing automotive repair information and estimating platforms. Shops can continue using tools such as Mitchell 1 or ALLDATA for diagnostic information, repair procedures, labor guides, and other specialized resources while using Auto Repair System to manage their internal operations and team communication. **One-time ownership. No recurring software fees.** The system is offered as a one-time purchase, with no monthly subscription or per-user licensing fees for the purchased software. Shops can add additional portals, mobile applications, websites, or custom-built features as their business grows. Whether a shop is looking to replace scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools or add a more effective operational layer to its existing software, Auto Repair System provides a practical way to organize the business without renting its core software month after month.
