The payments deposited directly to our account along with the fees for use are withdrawn automatically...all I have to do is enter these into my accounting system. Really like the security features to enable or disable by country. **What do you dislike about iATS Payments?** We have not had any issues or downtimes to report. I have had a download of a journal (I do this monthly) appear empty when I know for sure there were transactions for the month. Exiting and logging back in seems to clear the issue. I have had at time problems reconciling payments but the issue was at the users end...entered the wrong type of card (either MC or VISA) on their registration form and the card used was actually the opposite and reported as such in IATS. **What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enables us to link our registration form with the payment without any interaction required for the processing making this easy for our registrants to pay immediately so they know they have a place at our event. **Official Response from Amy Wharton:** > Thank you for your feedback. It supports all kind of payments such as credit card or netbanking. **What do you dislike about iATS Payments?** Everything is good but one thing which i think can be improved is not charging processing fees immediately i think all the processing fees should be deducted at the same time. Ui can be updated as well. **What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** It really helps us in accepting online payments without any hassle and the processing fees rates are also very nominal. You can integrate it with salesforce as well which boosts its usability. **What do you dislike about iATS Payments?** I have faced some issues when many users try transacting at same time transactions seems to fail and the user has to wait for refund for cancelled transactions. It has a very smooth ui as well. It also tells the name of transaction doer in statement which is a very big plus. We also use it for processing monthly payments to our users. **What do you dislike about iATS Payments?** setting up reccuring transactions is a headache it has too many steps which could have been easily skipped if it was properly done. Refunds are smooth and the overall system is very efficient. **What do you dislike about iATS Payments?** Customer support is good but the process to get or reach actual human help us very lengthy and tidous, but the time you get actual human support your query is mostly resolved in 1 or 2 working days. **What problems is iATS Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had used it for payments processing at the time of COVID it was really helpful as it allowed us to accept payments from our customers from anywhere in the world. **Official Response from Amy Wharton:** > Thank you for your feedback. UI is also outdated it can be mordernised as well. Its very easy to assimilate this software in your current organisation the iats team is very helpful as well. **What do you dislike about iATS Payments?** Integration is easy you don't have to do much but it can take a lot of time to fully integrate IATS Payments with your current system.
