"AudioEye: All-in-One Accessibility Monitoring with Expert Audits and Remediation"
5/5
What do you like best about AudioEye?

AudioEye stood out because it combines automated accessibility monitoring with expert audits and remediation services in a single platform. As a digital agency, we were looking for a solution that goes beyond just identifying issues and helps clients take meaningful steps toward improving accessibility compliance. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AudioEye?

The platform and service offerings can take some time to fully understand initially, especially when evaluating the different levels of monitoring, audits, and remediation services. However, the AudioEye team has been very helpful in answering questions and clarifying the options available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Website Accessibility Fixes with AudioEye"
5/5
What do you like best about AudioEye?

I created an account on AudioEye to improve my website's accessibility issues, and it really works like a miracle for me. The tool detects issues and gives immediate fix solutions, which helps in running my website smoothly. The thing I like most is that it doesn't just flag or detect the problems but also recommends possible solutions on how to fix them. The setup process and navigation are easy and straightforward, not requiring any technical expertise—even a non-tech savvy person can do it easily. I'd give the initial setup a 10 rating, and I'd also rate my likelihood to recommend AudioEye to a friend or colleague as a 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AudioEye?

I noticed that sometimes AudioEye has a lot of recommendations, and I get confused about which one I should go with. There should be more clarity on each exact issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how AudioEye helps my website to run smoothly and detect issues in real time, which saves me a lot of time. It's great because I can identify and fix problems before customers notice, keeping my website accessible. AudioEye doesn’t just flag issues but also gives tips on how to fix them, which is super important, especially for someone like me who's not tech-savvy. It provides guides and practical approaches in a simple way, making troubleshooting much easier. The initial setup was straightforward with clear guidance and practical, easy steps. What do you dislike about AudioEye?

Honestly, everything works well and I do not have any complaints, only one thing, I noticed that on fixing the issue, it recommends lots of options which I understand it's important but sometimes it gets overwhelming which one to look first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Website Accessibility with Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about AudioEye?

I like the annual audit report provided by AudioEye, which allows our development team to identify and resolve accessibility issues effectively. Ensuring HTML is valid according to WCAG accessibility is really important to me. I also appreciate the customization features it offers, such as allowing users to customize the site in terms of fonts, colors, etc., which ensures ease of use for users needing accessibility features. The initial setup of AudioEye was easy, as it was simply a matter of adding the script and getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AudioEye?

When fixing issues, we have to collaborate with AudioEye to undo items they add to their script to help ensure we are accessible. For example, if we fix an alt tag issue where AudioEye was injecting one for us, we have to ask them to no longer do that. They might also add a role to a list, and we fix it on our side, but they have to adjust their code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Accessibility Enhancement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AudioEye?

I like using AudioEye because it makes my website accessible and ensures my customers do not face any issues while using it. Before AudioEye, I lost many leads due to undetected issues on my website, but now I can quickly find and fix problems in real time, which works great for me. I appreciate how easy AudioEye is to use, navigate, and apply, saving me time and energy for other tasks. I no longer have to constantly check my website because this tool monitors it well. I also found the initial setup to be really easy, and even my non-tech-savvy friends could do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AudioEye?

Honestly, I like it, but sometimes in more complex errors, this tool gives a lot of recommendations that seem unclear as to which I should follow and which not. It would be great if this can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Accessibility Support with Expert Guidance"
5/5
What do you like best about AudioEye?

What I appreciate about AudioEye is that it goes beyond being just a website tool. It offers access to a team of human experts who can review your site and make necessary modifications to address accessibility issues. The platform is also very straightforward to implement and use, and the customer support is outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AudioEye?

One major drawback is that there is no way to mark issues caused by third-party external plugins as 'can't fix.' This means you can't remove them from the report or even hide them, so they continue to appear and are repeatedly flagged for fixes that simply aren't possible. What do you like best about AudioEye?

I find AudioEye really easy to use because it automatically checks and fixes basic and common issues, which saves me a lot of time. It helps me monitor my client's website for any accessibility or other issues that could affect user experience. I really appreciate the real-time glitch detection, which allows me to fix problems immediately and not lose any leads. The dashboard metrics offer a clear picture of the current status, which I admire every time I open it, even when I'm not actively working. The automated fixation is also a relief because it feels like someone is working in the backend to help me. Setting up AudioEye was easy with clear instructions, and I never felt lost during the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AudioEye?

The only thing I notice is that sometimes it gives so many fixation advises that it gets overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
