There's a bit of a disconnect between the accessibility scanner which helps to identify where those issues are present and the actual issues reported in the reports tab. I know that our customers have a level of protection by us utilizing and providing the AudioEye service. Also, this allows us to provide functionality for our customers websites so that they can best serve their customers and help the folks that truly need help. Customer service is also great, in that we typically get fast responses when we ask a question. Overall I would say that the AudioEye services make us better and look like authorities in the space, when ADA really isn't our speciality. **What do you dislike about AudioEye?** It's not the cheapest solution out there for this need, however, you get what you pay for. Could we go with a cheaper but inferior solution? Yes. Would we regret it at some point? Likely. So while I do wish it was cheaper, I get it. At the end of the day, we are willing to pay more for the right solution, even if it is more expensive. There are "freeware" options out there, but I am certain they don't provide any support and service, which is critical to the relationship. **What problems is AudioEye solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping our customers provide ADA solutions for their customers and also risk mitigation. It makes us look like industry experts in something that isn't our specialty. It provides a level of protection for our customers, from a frivolous lawsuit perspective and it also provides functionality that approximately 20% of people need. Delaney, our account manager, is always ready to help if we have any questions, and even reaches out to us when she hasn't heard from us in a while. The service is top-notch. AudioEye can work with you to get the right plan for you and your users and are very competitive with their pricing, especially with a large amount of licences. We use and recommend AudioEye for any of our websites that want to be accessible. I was also surprised to see that some of my recommendations for changes to the admin dashboard were implemented, and it's easier to find websites in our account compared to when we first used it. **What do you dislike about AudioEye?** I haven't had any negitive experience with AudioEye as of yet, whether it's the service or the product itself. I love set it and forget it models where I know I can trust someone like AudioEye to handle it for me. It's hard enough to keep up with compliance, but ensuring I'm able to service all demographics with AudioEye is extremely helpful. Easy integration to dealer websites and implemented instantly! It's unfortunate that there are people intentionally looking for lawsuits, but glad AudioEye exists so car dealers and other businesses don't have to worry about it. **What problems is AudioEye solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are accessibility requirements that businesses, in our case car dealerships, need to follow to be able to advertise our products digitally. If were unable to service a demographic that needs assistance in shopping with us, that's a lose-lose situation for us and the customer. Our Acct Mgr has always been very helpful when we have had questions, and turnaround time on our questions have always been acceptable. The dashboard is still relatively new for us, but it is a good vehicle for us to identify, learn, and resovle potential ADA issues. There is a lot to learn around ADA, this is just one tool that helps direct that learning. We do use it often. Lastly I'll mention that Audio Eye implementaiton/integration with our site was pretty straightforward. We even received support to implement on our development site to help us during our most recent refresh. **What do you dislike about AudioEye?** I don't think there is anything I really dislike, however, there are a few areas that could be improved. There dashboard has are many features, and numerous 'areas.' The learning curve is pretty decent if you are not very ADA savvy. While the dashboard does provide information tooltips which are helpful, there are times I wish there was a lower level to deep dive into. One example is that in one section we receive a great overvirew of items, in priority order, that should be resolved with the number of instances in which they occur. The issue is sometime the number of instances seems a bit out of reality with the number of elements on a given page, etc. (Pro Tip: Use the helpful Acct Mgr to overcome these) **What problems is AudioEye solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are two many problems that AudioEye solves for us; identification and guidance. Knowing/Understanding all the ADA guidlines can be daunting, and so having a tool such as AudioEye really helps us identify our biggest trouble areas. We can then use this information from the dashboard to help prioritize our resolutions to the issues at hand. ### 18. I also know those clients are getting a price break from what AE charges. Reporting has always been an issue too. Their technology continues to improve and keep up with the requirements for WCAG and ADA requirements. I love how the platform provides visitors to our websites with the ability to manipulate the experience if needed to modify text, color, spacing, etc. and little, if anything, is required to be done in the CMS/HTML code. This makes it easy to apply to any website and avoid having to worry about changes in ADA requirements as their technology stays current and keeps the site usable for individuals of all abilities, plus helps to avoid nuisance demand letters and the threat of legal action. **What do you dislike about AudioEye?** When we started using the service the price point for their "enterprise" plan was out of the reach of some of our smaller clients and not an affordable solution. However, they have recently updated their plans to provide more economical options to make it possible for website owners of all sizes to be able to afford their service. **What problems is AudioEye solving and how is that benefiting you?** AudioEye provides our websites with an accessibility solution that helps to ensure that content meets the (current) WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance standards. Audio Eye also provides audits which ensure we can correct those items which we need to fix at the source ensuring that our site is continuously being corrected and enhanced to meet ADA requirements . **What do you dislike about AudioEye?** The source feedback report/audit, could include a little more detail so that I could assess the issues better, such as severity and impact. As well, the report will list an accessibility issue and describe it, but a specific example from our site is not included so sometimes I have trouble figuring out exactly what needs to be corrected.
