It also shows you all the problems and how to fix them yourself. The website widget is also helpful. The fact that our members can make changes to the font sizes, change the contrast, and invert colors if needed is really handy. We can also have our website host and editors view the issues pages without actually logging into our account so they can check problems for us and easily see what needs to be fixed right away. That is also a nice feature that the issues are ranked from high to low, so you know what needs your attention immediately and what can wait. Also, the site accessibility score right on the main page of AudioEye makes it easy to see how well your site is doing with AudioEye running and if it wasn't running on your site. They also offer legal support if you should ever need it. **What do you dislike about AudioEye?** It currently doesn't have the ability to keep a log of all the problems you've fixed over time. This log would be handy if anything should come up to prove you've been working to improve your site. It would also be nice to be able to reference back to it if needed when fixing other issues on your site. Maybe more customization for the widget and how it looks on your site would be nice. Our current floating icons are rectangular, so the round icon doesn't match what we currently have. The inability to add users. We have a small department, but it would be nice for each person to have their own login. **What problems is AudioEye solving and how is that benefiting you?** Audio helps our small department by keeping our site ADA-compliant and solving issues when we don't always have the time or knowledge to fix the problems ourselves. It requires some resolution from the Dev, but in general, you are compliant immediately, and the paper backups, if some lawsuit were to come along, it's excellent to have. Hopefully, we never have to use it. Since installing it we have noticed MANY websites also suing the same thing. That's nice as well. **What do you dislike about AudioEye?** Pricing jumps from $200 to $500 if you have one page extra. We had to submit a site map to get ours fixed because google haad wonky page count, but that process was relatively easy. **What problems is AudioEye solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us be compliant and avoid any issues legally while also ensuring the ability of disabled users to access our educational websites. When implementing you need to be really careful about excluding areas of your website deemed sensitive to third-party code. In our case, the JS kept adding itself to WYSIWYG editors in the CMS. There are a multitude of other ways to implement the code however.
