OMG where do I even start?? We're a 15-person startup and before Atypica we were basically building features based on whoever shouted loudest on our Slack community 😅 Now we actually understand WHY different user types want different things. Umm honestly not much? I guess sometimes it takes a few tries to get the persona just right, like you have to play with the inputs a bit.
